As with the rest of the industry, sales of small SUVs are up this year around 10% as the chip shortage eases and more people are making the transition to SUVs. In spite of the supply chain shortages, Toyota and Honda, realizing the importance of small SUVs, have clearly funneled chips to RAV-4 and CR-V.
