There aren't a ton of new vehicles out there you can buy for roughly $20,000. However, some do exist, and the popular 2025 Kia Soul is one of them.
For 2025, the Kia Soul starts from $20,290 (not including destination) and includes a long list of standard features, along with eight available collision avoidance and driver assist technologies. Soul's standard 2.0L 4-cylinder powertrain also continues to deliver an EPA-estimated 35 MPG highway on the top-of-the-line EX trim.
New for 2025, there's a Soulmate Special Edition package with exclusive features:
-
- Exclusive 18-inch alloy wheels
- Umber interior color
- Two-tone roof
- Harman Kardon premium audio
- Lower body cladding
- SynTex and Cloth seating
