2025 Mecum Glendale
One of several private collections that will be offered is a rare collection of vintage Sterling trucks from the Timber Crest Farms Collection. This collection showcases more than 100 years of heavy hauler history, dating back to 1917 with a Sterling 2.5 Ton Truck. The collection also features an outlier 1956 Peterbilt 351 Truck. Collection owner Ronald Waltenspiel spent many years collecting and restoring this one-of-a-kind group, an endeavor that started when he acquired a 1939 Sterling JC137 Truck. The collection now features more than a dozen Sterling haulers, all restored to factory-original specifications, and all are being offered at no reserve. Sterling built only 12,000 trucks in a 50-year period, making this expansive collection a must-see at Mecum Glendale.
1969 Ford Mustang Fastback
A 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback custom built for SEMA is crossing the block and, wow, it's a beauty! This high-performance Pony car is known as "The Real Thing" was built over a five-month period by Bodie Stroud of BS Industries.

Paired with a Tremec T56 Magnum 6-speed manual transmission and a McLeod clutch, the internals in this Mustang make for an excellent combination of classic muscle and cutting-edge race technology.
