The 2025 Honda Odyssey is being treated to a refresh for the new model year. Updates include sporty new styling along with major tech improvements and more standard features to enhance the cabin experience.
"Our Honda Odyssey is America's retail #1 minivan for good reason – for over a quarter century we have consistently improved the styling and features, equipping it with technology that's useful for the whole family," said Jessika Laudermilk, assistant vice president of Honda Auto Sales. "The 2025 Odyssey sets the standard for fun family features and flexible cargo space, while continuing to offer the engaging driving experience expected in a Honda."
All Honda Odysseys are powered by a 280-horsepower V6 engine mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. All Odyssey's are also equipped with Honda Sensing safety and driver-assistance tech.
New for 2025
Exterior
Tweaked looks include a sporty new grille and reshaped front and rear fascias that are designed to show off the Odyssey's wide stance. Honda also goes for a more "premium" look with an aggressive new front facia with larger black fog light surrounds. A redesigned rear bumper integrates the same vertical reflectors used on the second-generation Acura NSX supercar.
Every 2025 Odyssey also receives sharp new wheel designs, including the top-of-the-line Elite, which rides on new machine-finished 19-inch alloys. Additionally, two new colors are available: striking Solar Silver Metallic and Smoke Blue Pearl.
Interior
Major technology updates in the cabin include a new standard 7-inch digital instrument display, featuring an all-digital tachometer on the left and a physical speedometer on the right.
Every 2025 Odyssey also benefits from a larger 9-inch color touchscreen with a faster processor for lag-free performance, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, a wireless phone charger and more USB-C ports throughout the cabin.
A revamped Rear Entertainment System now features a larger 12.8-inch high-resolution screen, which Honda says is one of the largest in its class, and it also adds enhanced functionality. Honda also relocated the HDMI plug to the inside of the console, which now provides a bin dedicated to streaming device storage.
