2026 GMC Sierra EV Adds New Trims, Hues, and Battery Option

An expanded 2026 GMC Sierra EV lineup is expected to arrive this summer. New this year,  Elevation and AT4 variants. They join the top-of-the-line Denali trim, bringing the total number of trims to three. Also for 2026, four new hues also join the lineup:   

• NEW White Tri-Coat Metallic
• NEW Coastal Dune
• NEW Deep Bronze Metallic
• NEW Magnus Matte

The 2026 Sierra EV lineup also offers a new entry-level Standard battery in addition to Extended and Max Range options. (No range estimates until closer to launch.) Here's a look at battery availability by trim:

• Elevation -  available with Standard or Extended Range battery
• AT4 - available with Extended or Max Range battery
• Denali  -  offers all three battery options

The rugged 2026 Sierra EV AT4 is all about GMC’s signature off-road capability, tech, and style. It's equipped with a lifted coil suspension and 35-inch all-terrain tires, along with trim-exclusive Terrain Mode, which GMC says is designed to provide maximum maneuverability, torque, and precise control off-road, and integrated with one-pedal drive and automatic braking. 

Additional AT4 features include:

• 2 inches of additional ground clearance
• Standard 4-Wheel Steer (featuring CrabWalk²)
• Standard Super Cruise hands-free driver-assistance technology
• AT4-exclusive Forest Storm interior
• Available MultiPro MidGate expandable bed, which offers room for hauling items nearly 11 feet in length, while still leaving room for a rear-seat passenger
• Available 800 Volt DC public fast charging-capable at up to 350kW, enabling up to 100 miles of range in approximately 10 minutes⁴
• Available 10.2kW Energy Transfer Pro off-board power system, which includes 240-Volt and 120-Volt outlets in the truck bed
• Red illuminated GMC front badge
• Available up to 12,300 pounds max towing

The 2026 Sierra EV Elevation is the base model and features:

• 16.8-inch diagonal center touchscreen
• eTrunk with power-operated hood
• MultiPro Tailgate and Available MultiPro MidGate
• After Dark interior
• 18-inch machine face wheel with gloss black pocket
• Available 800-volt DC fast charge-capable, up to 300kW
• Available 7.2kW Energy Transfer off-boarding power system
• Available Super Cruise hands-free driver-assistance technology

Sierra EV Denali

For 2026, the top-of-the-line Sierra EV Denali is available with all three battery options (Standard, Extended and Max.) Customers also get their choice of two unique interiors. Other features include heated and ventilated seats and Super Cruise hands-free driver assistance technology. Available features on Denali include 4-Wheel Steer, Air Ride Adaptive Suspension, and a Panoramic fixed glass roof.

With the addition of four new hues for 2026, the Sierra EV has nine color options:
