A lot of people want to get their hands on a Tesla Cybertruck,  a company called Resell Calendar is among them. It's announced an offer to buy one of the long-delayed trucks for $200,000. The company says its offer goes to the first person who can deliver one before the end of 2023.

In October, Resell Calendar, a leading source for resell news and trends, speculated that early Cybertruck deliveries might resell in the aftermarket for around the $200,000 mark, considering factors such as waitlist demand, production rates, anticipated retail price, and their extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket. While not everyone on platforms like Reddit and Twitter agreed with the prediction, the company says it stands firm in its assessment.

Per a company spokesperson, "We believe in our prediction and are ready to back it up financially. This is why we are offering to purchase a Cybertruck for a premium price. It's an opportunity for someone to make a significant profit, and for us to demonstrate our confidence in the reselling market's dynamics."

Resell Calendar says it'll pay $200,000 no matter the trim level of the truck. It will only by one under these terms. If it doesn't acquire one by the end of 2023,  which is approaching quickly, the company says it's open to extending its offer into 2024.

Resell Calendar admits finding a pre-2024 Cybertuck is a challenge but still considers it to be feasible since production is ramping up with deliveries commencing.. The company says it's hopeful that an early buyer will capitalize on this opportunity. It's encouraging current Cybertruck owners or those expecting delivery before the year's end to contact them for a chance to secure this unique deal.
