For example, Volkswagen just launched its ChatGPT-integrated Plus Speech voice assistant in the United States, becoming the latest automaker to integrate AI into its voice command systems.

The Better Business Bureau recently published an article focused on how AI is streamlining the car-buying journey. The BBB says AI helps create a more efficient, personalized and satisfying experience for consumers and dealerships from initial searches to finalizing purchases.
