Dodge is hiring a Chief Donut Maker. And no, we're not talking donuts as in glazed crullers, chocolate iced or apple fritters. We're talking donuts as in car maneuvers.
The automaker recently kicked off the search for a first-of-its-kind position of Chief Donut Maker - someone who will be a brand ambassador and go on what Dodge calls the"auto adventure of a lifetime".
The job comes with plenty of perks, too. A wardrobe of Dodge threads, a Dodge SRT Hellcat as a company car, and perhaps most wow-worthy, a $150,000 paycheck. You'll also get to rub shoulders with celebs at epic auto events and attend Radford Racing School. It's not even full time gig either, Dodge says you don't have to quit your day job.

“The Dodge Brothers were never content to follow the trends, they were the seekers of a better, faster, more outrageous way of doing things,” said Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis. “We’re looking to hire someone just like them as our chief donut maker, someone who will embody their crazy can-do America-muscle spirit and carry the torch of the single most engaged group of enthusiasts the automotive industry has to offer. And what better way to find them than creating this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to drive the No.1 muscle car in America.”
Applications are open and the deadline to apply is February 28, 2022. Dodge says applicants will need to show, in a short video (with a maximum length of two minutes), that they embody the spirit of the founding Dodge Brothers. The automaker says it's looking for passion, charisma and creativity. .
A panel of Dodge judges which includes champion wrestler Bill Goldberg will review submission videos and narrow it down to 10 top finalists. Then their talents will be put to the test. Contestants will be thrown into wild, hot-seat scenarios, including racing a Dodge horsepower heavyweight (with a professional driver on a closed track). The series of eliminations will then be aired like a reality TV show. Once they're down to the final two, the winner will be revealed in a final episode this spring.
