If you love UNO, the world's #1 card game, and drive a BMW,  you'll be excited to hear this. UNO Car Party begins rolling out to over 500,000 BMW and MINI vehicles through AirConsole starting today.  (Note, it is not available for BMW 2 Series Coupe, 3 Series and 4 Series.)

UNO Car Party, the result of a partnership between BMW Group, Mattel and AirConsole, is designed specifically for in-car gaming.  As you'd expect,  the car must be stopped and in park to enable game play.  Stationary drivers can use AirConsole’s unique game controller system to connect any passenger to the game using their personal devices and up to four players can play at the same time.

“We continue to increase the value of the overall digital experience for our customers,” said Stephan Durach, Senior Vice President of the BMW Group Development Connected Company and Technical Operations. “Our partners AirConsole and Mattel are helping make in-car gaming into a new social experience, and I am thrilled to offer a family-favorite game like UNO for this exciting innovation.”

AirConsole is available in current models with BMW / MINI Operating System 9 and vehicles must also have a BMW Digital Premium / MINI Connected Package. Vehicles equipped with BMW Operating System 8.5 and BMW ConnectedDrive Professional also gain access to the game.

Since 2022, BMM says the partnership between the BMW Group and AirConsole has been pioneering in-car gaming, bringing intuitive and innovative gameplay to BMW vehicles through the AirConsole platform.  It also includes the recent in-car gaming launch of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire".
