Large SUVs in the first quarter of this year enjoyed very robust sales versus the first quarter of 2020. In fact, every entry was up this year with the exception of Nissan Armada. Chevy Suburban was on fire, with over 48,000 sales last quarter versus just 5,500 in the first quarter of 2020. Here are your large SUV leaders so far this year:
The large luxury SUV segment was a bit of a mixed bag, with some in this segment up, while others were down. Cadillac Escalade is the segment leader, in spite of the fact that demand far outpaces supply and has since it came out. BMW X7 was down the most year over year and it's clear people are flocking to buy the Toyota Land Cruiser in its final year of production. Here are your large luxury SUV leaders so far this year:
