The refreshed 2025 Honda Civic is now arriving in Car Pro dealerships! The sedan variant is arriving now, with the hatchback model to follow later this summer.
The 2025 Civic lineup is based on the 11-generation Civic which was the 2022 North American Car of the Year. The 2025 model receives enhanced styling and new technology. Most notably, however, 2025 also marks the return of a hybrid variant to the Civic lineup.
The Civic hybrid returns after a roughly decade absence. Honda discontinued it following the 2015 model year. Honda says the new 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid delivers 232 pound-feet of torque which makes it the most powerful Civic ever - aside from the sporty Type R. Honda also says the hybrid powertrain provides quicker acceleration than the outgoing 1.5L turbo-powered Civic.

For 2025, the hybrid variant will for the first time be offered as either a sedan or hatchback. Fuel economy is impressive as well - at an EPA-estimated 50 mpg city and 49 mpg combined.
Trims
There are four Civic sedan trim levels. The top two trims are hybrid models. The lineup starts with LX and Sport, followed by the Sport Hybrid and Sport Touring Hybrid. The base LX has a starting MSRP of $24,250, excluding a $1,095 destination charge. The hybrid-electric powered 2025 Civic Sport Hybrid bumps up the starting MSRP to $28,750.
