We've reviewed a lot of Lexus Black Line Special Edition vehicles here at the CarPro - the GX, RX, NX, and UX come to mind - but surprisingly the ES isn't on that list. Fingers crossed that will change for 2025 - when the ES Black Line Special Edition returns after a four-year hiatus.
For 2025, the ES Black Line Special Edition, limited to 1,000 in North America, is offered exclusively on the ES 350 F SPORT Handling grade. It gives the sedan the black treatment with Obsidian outer mirrors, a black rear lip spoiler and a black lower rocker panel, F Sport puddle lamps and door switch plates.
The package also adds standard Lexus Interface with a 12.3-inch touchscreen, a Head-Up Display, Panoramic View Monitor and a SmartAccess Card Key as well as an available Mark Levinson Premium Audio System.
The same interior (White, Circuit Red and Black NuLuxe®trim) and exterior (Iridium, Cloudburst Gray Obsidian, Caviar, Matador Red Mica and Ultra White) color options are offered.
The ES 350 is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 that delivers 302 horsepower and 267 pound-feet of torque with an EPA-estimated MPG rating of 22/32/25 (city/highway/combined).
The ES lineup returns with three available engines, all-wheel drive options and F SPORT models. The Black Line Special Edition starts from $53,615, excluding destination. The 2025 ES is expected to arrive in dealerships this summer.
