If you're in the market for a new set of wheels, you've likely been happily surprised at your vehicle's trade-in value, while at the same time experiencing some sticker shock. That's because the average new car is priced 11.4 percent over MSRP in the wake of inventory constraints from the microchip shortage. According to our friends at the research group, iSeeCars.com, while no new vehicles are priced below MSRP on average, you can find vehicles with lower-than-average markups along with lease deals with low APRs, low monthly payments, and low down payments.
Here are 15 new cars with the smallest increases over MSRP according to iSeeCars.com research.

Jeep
If you're looking for the vehicle with the least MSRP markup in iSeeCars' most recent data, it's the Jeep Renegade. iSeeCars lists a 2.3 percent increase over MSRP ($624). Another subcompact SUV, the Ford Ecosport, is ranked #7. (The Ecosport is being discontinued inn 2022.) Check out current Jeep Renegade offers here and Ford Ecosport offers here.
Acura
Three Acura vehicles make the list, including the MDX midsize SUV, the TLX midsize sedan, and the RDX compact SUV. iSeeCars calls the MDX and RDX among the most reliable SUVs on the market and among the most affordable vehicles in their segments. Honda
Four Hondas also make the cut: the Passport and the Pilot midsize SUVs, the Odyssey minivan, and the Accord Hybrid. iSeeCars reports that the Passport is offering $1,250 cashback, but there are not currently incentives for the Pilot, Odyssey, and Accord Hybrid. Electric Vehicles
Two electric vehicles find their place on the list: the Hyundai Kona EV and the Chevrolet Bolt. iSeeCars says that Kona buyers can take advantage of the EV federal tax credit of up to $7,500, and new Bolt buyers can take advantage of incentives of up to $8,000 (it no longer qualifies for the federal tax credit.)
Mazda
The Mazda6 sedan makes the list at number nine. But be aware it won't be around much longer. iSeeCars reports it will discontinued in 2022.
Kia
The new 2022 Kia Carnival minivan rolls into 13th place on the list. iSeeCars says buyers can take advantage of current special finance offers which you can check out here.

INFINITI and Buick
Finally, two additional luxury SUVs round out the list: the INFINITI QX80 large SUV and the Buick Enclave midsize SUV. Bauer says both vehicle's are slower sellers so that could explain the lower than average markup. iSeeCars says the Buick Enclave is offering up to $3,750 cashback as well as zero-percent financing (as of November 30, 2021).
