**BMW**

Summary

BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain 2024 XM, 2025 BMW X5 sDrive40i, X5 xDrive40i, X5 M60i, X5 M, X5 xDrive50e, X6 xDrive40i, X6 M60i, X6 M, X7 xDrive40i, X7 M60i, and Alpina XB7 vehicles. The seat belt system may inaccurately detect that passengers are belted, preventing the seat belt warning light from illuminating and possibly causing the supplemental restraint system to not deploy as intended during a crash. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and replace the front seat lower seat belts as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 5, 2024. Owners may contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417.

**FORD**

Summary

Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024 F-150 vehicles. The steering column lower shaft may have been secured to the steering gear assembly with an incorrect fastener, which can result in the separation of steering components and cause a loss of steering control.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the lower steering shaft fastener, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed May 20, 2024. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 24S32.

**LAMBORGHINI**

Summary

Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Urus Performante and Urus S vehicles. The hood latch striker may separate and fail, resulting in an unlatched hood that can open or detach while driving.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and repair the hood, and install a striker support plate if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 28, 2024. Owners may contact Lamborghini customer service at 1-866-681-6276. Lamborghini's number for this recall is L636-R.02.24.

**VOLKSWAGEN**

Summary

Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (VW) is recalling certain 2021-2023 ID.4 vehicles. Due to a software issue, affected vehicles may experience center displays and instrument panel displays that do not boot, or that sporadically reset. This can result in loss of speedometer information or loss of rearview camera image. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard numbers 101, "Control and Displays" and 111, "Rear Visibility."

Remedy

Dealers will update the vehicle software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 12, 2024. Owners may contact VW customer service at 1-800-893-5298. VW's number for this recall is 919A.
