CarPro Radio Show Newsletter Troubleshooting

Our national newsletter sends once a week on Friday afternoons. You can expect your first newsletter on the Friday following your confirmed sign-up.

Please follow the directions of our sign-up process and you’ll be squared away in no time.

1. Fill out the form.

Once you fill out this initial subscription form, you’ll receive a confirmation email in your inbox with the subject "Confirm Your CarPro Newsletter Subscription."

2. Confirm your subscription.

We’ll need you to open that email and click on the box that says “Confirm Your Subscription”, as pictured, in order to complete the signup process.

3. Enjoy your newsletter.

That's it — you're all set to start receiving your newsletter every Friday with exclusive advice and news from Jerry and the team.

Keep it in your inbox

Are you a current CarPro subscriber but have stopped receiving your newsletter?

If you suddenly stop receiving your newsletter, it is likely that your email provider may have blocked us as spam. Please take these steps to prevent this from happening in the future:

Add "newsletters@carpro.com" to your email client address book.
Request that your email provider whitelist our email sending domain: carprousa.com.
Open and click links in emails you receive from us.
Move our emails found in your SPAM/junk folder back to the inbox.

We recommend that you check all of your folders including any promotional or social media folders in case it went into another one other than your direct inbox by mistake. Registering for the newsletter multiple times with the same email address will not help.

If you accidentally unsubscribe it could take 2 to 3 weeks to get you reinstated to the list, as we take the integrity of our subscriber list very seriously. If you should happen to unsubscribe in error, please be patient as we work with our newsletter provider to reinstate your name on the list. You may also be sent directions as well during this process.

To unsubscribe from the CarPro Radio Show Newsletter, scroll down to the very bottom of any emails and click on "Unsubscribe from all future emails."

How to see all the newsletter content

Some email systems do not display the entire contents of emails within your inbox. For instance, in Google Gmail, It may be necessary to scroll to the bottom of the email and click a link that says “View Entire Message” to open a new window that will open the newsletter in its entirety.
