Here we compare two Toyota SUVs: the Highlander and Venza. The 4th-generation Highlander was redesigned in 2020. The Toyota Venza returned to the brand's lineup in 2021, after a break from its' first run in 2008-2015. The biggest difference between the two models are their powertrains. The Venza lineup is hybrid-only, while the Highlander offers both hybrid and gas-only options. They also have different four-wheel drive systems with the Venza employing an electronic AWD system.
