Palisade

We are big fans of the Hyundai Palisade, the automaker's flagship SUV. The three-row family-friendly SUV has been one of the hottest sellers on the market since its 2020 model year launch and for good reason. The Palisade offers amazing luxury at a great value along with a terrific ride and drive and cutting edge safety technology. It also comes with Hyundai's great warranty.

One notable feature of the Palisade is its available third-row power seats and new for 2023 heated third-row seats. It also has a third row that fits adults.

While generally more suited for the pavement, the Palisade is capable of some light off-roading.

The Hyundai Palisade is an outstanding family hauler with a polished presence in the carpool lane.

Telluride

The Kia Telluride has wowed us since it was introduced in 2019. As CarPro Show host Jerry Reynolds writes in his 2023 Telluride review,  "it is a spectacular SUV."

The three-row family hauler impresses with its design, comfort, and roominess (with an adult-size third row). It's ride and drive is superb, too, and it's very quiet inside.

Kia's multimedia and advanced driver assist technology is also outstanding. 

The only downside compared to its sister the Hyundai Palisade is that the Telluride doesn't offer a power third row.

The Telluride has a great warranty, like the Palisade. It's also a tremendous value in the segment.    Jerry Reynolds' lists some of the cool features of the 2023 model here.

Palisade

The Palisade is largely a carryover model for the 2024 after being significantly enhanced in 2023.

For 2024, the lineup adds a new Calligraphy Night Edition. Several more features are standard across the lineup.

Last year's updates included interior and exterior design updates, new infotainment and safety features, and advanced driver assistance systems. A new XRT model joined the lineup in 2023 as did a new Robust Emerald hue. 

There were some Hyundai brand firsts in 2023 as well, including the available 3rd-row heated seats  and a WiFi hotspot.

Telluride

The Telluride SUV receives a few minor updates for 2024 after being all-new for the 2023 model year. Minor exterior styling updates for 2024 give it a more rugged and refined look. Amber daytime running lights are newly standard for 2024.

On Telluride X-Line and Telluride X-Pro models, black gloss replaces dark metallic exterior trim on the bumpers, lower door garnish, grille surround, and headlight bezels.

In 2023 the lineup went through an exterior and interior redesign. It also received new standard and available advanced driver assistance technology along with multimedia upgrades.
