Joe Ward had all paperwork ready when I to dealership. Better he had the car cleaned, inspected and filled with gas. all i had to do was wait to see a finance rep. The whole experience was awesome.

I found a Lexus. I was interested in on the dealership website. I then sent a message to the Car Pro representative through the Car Pro website. Billy Watson called me very quickly, and answered some of the questions I had. He sent me a sheet outlining the price of a car, Les, the Car Pro discount, and all the applicable fees. It was the drive out price. I set up an appointment time with Billy and he had the car, waiting for me to look at and drive. We had quite a long test drive and then when I came back, I decided to pull the trigger. From the time I drove into the dealership until I drove out in my newly purchased Lexus, it was three hours. I was doing something the whole time. No sitting around twiddling my thumbs. Billy was exceptional. He provided so much more information about the car than I had ever gotten on my previous certified Lexus purchase at a different dealer. Very happy with the experience. Very happy with Billy. Your system worked.

Joe Ward took care of us. He answered all of our questions, figured out how to get the options we wanted. Of course there in no inventory anywhere. Joe was more than willing to order the GX460 for us. So we are 3-4 months out but that’s business for now. Interesting enough, the big San Antonio Lexus dealership didn’t even want to talk. Couple emails from 2 managers, then nothing.

Jason Jackson and Joe Ward were excellent. They helped my wife with a test drive if the Lexus RX 350, but it was smaller than what we needed. I would recommend them for anyone who considers purchasing a Lexus in the future.

I bought a certified Lexus from Lexus Of Austin in 2019. The experience was tied for the best car purchase ever. The other was at a Chevy dealer in the Roseville auto mall where my brother in law was GM. Fast forward to 2022. So much happened in between, so I was looking for a fun car, and Lexus of Austin had a Certified 2017 RC. I had learned the value of the tire and wheel warranty, which gave me 2 new tires when I ran over some debris. So I added that. If Lexus Of Austin can get what I want, I'm there. The barrista and free pastries in the service department are a plus.

Harrell Hodges was very helpful, I contacted him on behalf of my daughter in Michigan who wanted to buy her 1st new car, he had the exact car she wanted coming in around the 1st week in july, he gave her a good price and she put down a deposit on itand will fly to Austin when it comes in and I will ride back to Michigan with her and have a nice visit and fly home. The price and helpfulness of Lexus of austin made all of this worthwhile .

OK - your review submittal form sucks! But here is what does not suck - We met with Joe Ward today (Lexus of Austin) - What a wonderful experience! We have ordered a 350RXH Premium+ for delivery in mid-November. We are an ‘older’ couple, but can say without a doubt, our experience with Joe and this Wonderfull vehicle was 6 stars out of 5.
