They didn’t have any cars didn’t bother to see if u wanted to put in an order for one the dealers are having their way right now and don’t need to do anything as cars are selling them selves. The tables will turn and they’ll be back to their begging haggling ways soon. All they said was everything is accounted for even the vehicle they advertised on their website that are listed for sale. Only positive is that they did reach out still to advise on the above. .

My wife and I decided we would try to be a one vehicle household. We thought a nice larger SUV, suitable for road trips and towing a small sail boat would be a good solution. We e-mailed Jerry Reynolds who agreed we could end up with lower car payment and that this was an excellent time to trade or sell used vehicles. We contacted Serra Honda with our car pro VIP certificate and immediately we were contacted by the Store Manage Andy Hetler. He could not have been more helpful! We got a great price plus frank advice about the best way to maximize the value of our trades. We sold our vehicles via CarMax and brought cash for the down payment. Today (8 June) we picked up our new Honda Pilot EX-L.(which is also terrific). Everyone at Serra was friendly and most helpful- just as you at CarProUSA promised. This was by far our best car buying experience. Thank you. PS. Love the radio show and the newsletter.<br>

I started out by personally going to 12 different types of car dealers and settled on Honda. Then I emailed Car Pro USA to find the best one in my area and was sent to Serra Auto Park. I met Tom Flory, GM/owner, and his rep John Graham, who set me up w 4 different car brands to make sure I was satisfied in my choice. I then met w Anthony Raymond, SM, and Beau Linderman at Honda. I gave him 3 bids from other Honda dealers and he beat them all in low bid and service offered, Anthony got my business, even though his dealership was the farthest from my house. Everyone I dealt w at Serra went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were totally satisfied w our purchase.

Tom the General Manager greeted us and was very nice and welcoming. He directed us to Angie who was very helpful and accomodating. My wife and I had our 2 and 4 year olds with us and Angie was very patient with all of us! She was very knowledgeable about the CR-V and other models, and answered all our questions. No pressure to buy or upsell to a pricier model. We are very happy.

Angela was excellent from the beginning! Her sale price offer beat the other two I had in my possession by $1500.00. We did everything by phone until we agreed upon a pick up time. I picked the car up, she walked me through all the safety features and now we are the proud owners of a 2020 Honda CR-V Hybrid! Paul Burke provided me the answers to all my questions. He compared 2 vehicles I was considering. He shared data each time he heard a question in my comments. He did not pressure and kept me informed of incentives as they showed up. And when the car I wanted was not available, he searched further and wider to find a trade until he found it. This is the second car I purchased from him and Serra because my experience 5 years ago was so positive.

Jerry and Kevin:<br>My wife had a 2004 Honda Pilot when I married her. We have two kids and it's been a good grocery getter/station wagon. We took it to Myrtle Beach in the beginning of June and it turned 252K miles on the way home. Still running and driving great but sporting a little rust in around the back wheel arches.<br>Jerry says it's better to sell a car when it's running good and worth something rather than wait for something expensive to break and render it worthless. We put it on Craig's list. It sold on Saturday afternoon, 15 June. That afternoon we took our 15 Passat to LaFontaine Volvo in Farmington Hills, MI. They had a White 2013 Pilot EXL with 84K miles (still there last Saturday). It had been in a couple non-airbag deploy hits, the front bumper didn't line up, the passenger mirror cover was falling off, steering pulled to the right and needed brakes and the headliner was filthy. $18.5 as is and they're still working the OK Deal. Needless to say, we walked.<br>Cars.com had a 67K mile 2013 White Pilot at Apostolakis Honda in Cortland, OH near Akron and your web site was showing an 86.7K mile Silver 2014 at Serra Honda. Wife wants white.<br>Over the weekend I sent an email to Apostolakis and got my Car Show VIP certificate at your site. Darren at Apostaolakis was Johnny on the spot, called first thing Monday morning and was very attentive. <br> I texted and emailed Tom Flory. Jerry Cugino called me back. He is the used car manager at Serra Chevrolet. We discussed my trade, he told me what he thought it would ACV for $5500 and he knocked $1000 off the asking price of the Pilot over the phone. That sounded like a fair price for the trade and based on extensive online market research I thought the retail price of the Pilot was very fair.<br>Tuesday my wife and I got off work early and took the freshly waxed and detailed 15 Passat south for the 225 mile trip. While on the road we found out Serra is half an hour closer and they close an hour earlier. We figured we could look over the Silver, higher mileage car at Serra and if couldn't make a deal, we could still make Apostolakis in time to evaluate their White Pilot and work a deal.<br>Tom Flory met us at the front door at the Chevy store. What a wonderful person. Tom is a treasure, immediately likeable and very generous with his time. Before my wife and I were 20 feet inside the (majestic) show room we had already hit it off with Mr. Flory and found out that he and my wife grew up within 20 miles of each other. Small world!<br>Mr. Flory introduced us to Mr. Cugino who I had spoken with on the phone. Mr. Flory and Jerry Cugino spent what seemed like an enormous amount of time with us (in a good way) and introduced us to Bill Fellows. While we were talking by Mr. Cugino's desk, Bill had the Pilot pulled around outside the showroom window we were standing near it looked fetching in silver.<br>My wife and I took an hour test drive. The car ran, drove, stopped and looked great. On the test drive my wife and I discussed our experience at Serra Chev. We decided we wanted to buy a car from Tom, Jerry and Bill. We thought the Silver Pilot would be just fine and we trusted these people. <br>I was a laydown. Jerry ACV'd the car for what we discussed on the phone and I was fine with the selling price, so the deal was a non-event. We did the paperwork and got on the road a little before nine.<br>Jerry, I've owned around forty cars so far and was a salesman at a Chevy, Buick, Toyota store between 1987 and 1990. I don't know where the (normal) great service provided by the terrific people at Serra ends and the Car Pro VIP process begins but they are exceptional. Thank you for creating the Car Pro program that led us to meet Tom Flory and the wonderful folks at Serra Chevrolet.<br>I miss Paul Harvey. Paul Harvey always told you a story and then the rest of the story. <br>My wife and I parked our (new to us) 2014 Honda Pilot in our driveway just after midnight having driven three and a half hours to get home on what was then the wee hours of Wednesday morning. Seven hours later my wife drove it to work and nine hours after that she turned the key to drive home.<br>Every warning light on the dash came on and stayed on. She sent me a text at work wondering what would cause this hoping it wouldn't wreck my day. I said I was wondering why every warning light on the dash of a car we'd dropped twenty thousand dollars on twenty hours ago would wreck my day, it did.<br>Since I had just sold a Honda Pilot with 252K miles on it, I pulled out the scanner I didn't think I'd need for a few years and ran the codes. Half a dozen codes from engine misfires to seat heaters and VTM-4 stuff. Crap!<br>I sent an email to Tom, Jerry and Bill explaining the situation. Dave Fisher, Operations director called me back promptly. He said they would need the car back and suggested they could send someone out to get it. That sounded crazy to me! <br>We arranged for me to drop the car off on Saturday morning. Mr. Fisher said he would arrange a loaner. It's a 450 mile round trip to Akron and my wife pounds ground with her Pilot. I told him any old hoopdee off the used car lot that your going to run through the auction would be fine for us but it was too many miles for a new service loaner. Dave said they could do better than that. Super nice guy like everyone else at Serra, I immediately liked and trusted him.<br>Our Pilot ran fine all week and I got to Serra Honda around 10 on Saturday morning. Service manager Todd Baldinger knew exactly why I was there and had a 2019 Pilot EXL with 3400 miles on it waiting for me, of course. Friendly, efficient, busy and friendly would describe my short time with Todd. I gave him a print out of the codes from my scanner and he had seen the picture of the dash all lit up.<br>Wednesday Todd called me and said they were replacing the piston rings on four of the cylinders. He said he felt terrible asking but wanted to know if we would like them to do the timing belt (since it would be off the engine) at a discounted cost while they're in there. I said I would like to discuss it with the wife. Half an hour later I called him back and he told me it would be around $650 and I told him to go ahead. Also, my wife had some family functions up north and I would be exchanging vehicles on Sunday. They gave us Two Keys with our Pilot plus the (lockout?) so I told him to lock the key in the car and I would put theirs in the drop. On Sunday I detailed the loaner before I left for Akron and filled it with gas at the station down the street from the dealership. I dropped the key in the slot having run 1050 miles on a new car in a week.<br><br>Serra Honda/Chevrolet stood behind the used car they sold me with STUNNING CLASS. I cannot imagine being treated any better by any organization. Period. From beginning to end I was pleasantly surprised by this fantastic organization. Hi Jerry, Like everyone's comments above Thank You for recommending the Park Serra Subaru Auto Dealership to me regarding a question I had on the Subaru Outback 3.5 / CVT transmission. My wife and I had a very good experience with Kenny and ended up with the 2018 Outback Limited 2.5 a couple of weeks ago. The whole process of the transaction was a complete success. Serra Subaru went the extra mile and located the vehicle, the color we wanted, and the exact options we wanted over 120 miles from their dealership. I could have dealt with 4 other Subaru dealers in a 20 minute radius of my home but decided on Serra Subaru (40 minutes from home) based on your recommendation, and the overall confidence they showed in making this a good overall experience. We listen to your show and read your weekly insider tips regularly and enjoy all of your comments.

Hi, lets just say that I was extremely disappointed with my VIP experience with Andy Hetler at Serra Honda. I was a motivated and transparent buyer but I feel Andy wasn’t focused on my deal so I decided not to go forward since I lost confidence. I did send Andy an email explaining my disappointments but it didn’t seem to concern him, he just emailed me back justifying his lack of attention to my deal. Thats as far as I want to take this but I kept all my email communication with him. I probably will not try this VIP process again, my out of state car purchase/vacation has come to an end. Thanks for the follow up

My only complaint is it took several days for anyone from the dealership to contact me. In this environment of "here today, gone today" that is not good service. Once I got to the dealership I was treated very well.

Dear Mr. Reynolds, <br><br>As you know, we as consumers are persistently inundated with marketing, be it on television, radio, our computers, or the phones we carry. Most of the claims made by the advertisers are exaggerated at best and downright deceitful and predatory at worst. This is NOT THE CASE with your VIP Priority Pass program. <br>I have been a listener of your program since you joined WTAM in Cleveland. In fact, I called in and spoke with you a number of years ago and received great advice. Recently my daughter and her husband announced that they will be making me a grandfather for the first time. No longer will her economical coupe be practical for their growing family. They went out and test drove a few models and decided on a Honda Pilot. They had a few less-than-ideal experiences and recruited my assistance. <br>Having purchased more vehicles in my lifetime than I care to admit, I began searching for a great deal. My search produced nothing particularly exceptional or exciting. At this point I decided to try your VIP Priority Pass. I completed the information online and within a few minutes was contacted by Andy, one of the sales managers for Serra Honda in Green Ohio. We discussed their "no-haggle pricing" on pre-owned vehicles and the costs of new Pilots. I advised him that I would be stopping in within the hour. <br>Upon my arrival the VIP experience, that you promise, began. I was, and continue to be, absolutely stunned. THIS WAS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE BEST CAR BUYING EXEPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE !!! I was greeted at the door and ushered to the sales manager desk where Andy introduced himself. He was extremely polite as he determined specifically what we were looking for. He asked our sales consultant, Daniel, to locate the vehicle that fit our needs and bring it to the front door. While Daniel was locating the vehicle, we were making polite small talk, mostly about YOU and your radio program. <br>Andy then motioned a gentleman over to us and made introductions. It was Tom Flory, who you know, is the owner of the Serra auto group. He was very polite and accommodating. He spoke highly of our salesman while humorously hassling Andy for our benefit. We again found ourselves talking about you and your radio program. He certainly values your partnership. <br>Daniel made the rest of the car buying experience was flawless. The vehicle was priced great, no hidden costs, and the payment was exactly what it should be for the amount being financed. One final note, the dealership was very busy the evening we were finalizing the purchase. They advised us that there was a client in the finance office and two more ahead of us. We decided to leave and have dinner at a restaurant nearby while we wait our turn, which was fine with us. We weren't halfway to our car when Daniel came running out. He advised us that since we were CAR PRO buyers that we have been moved to the front of the line and the finance manager will take us next. Again, I was stunned. The process had been so pleasant that I advised Daniel that no such action was necessary and we would be happy to wait our turn. Nope-they insisted. Moments later we were in the finance office completing the purchase. <br>I truly appreciate the fine people at Serra Honda for helping us find the perfect vehicle for my daughter, her husband, and my "coming soon" grandchild. Made an appointment and was greeted promptly. We knew which vehicle we wanted and they had one ready for a test drive. Did not have the exact color we wanted and they obtained one the next day. Salesman completely explained all the features of the vehicle and was very professional. Price was better than expected. Angie was very easy to work with. She was more in tact with serving us than resisting, very trusting. Plus we negotiated on two vehicles and Sarah pretty much worked with us instead of bickering. They ended up knocking some money off both cars. We bought two CRV S, one touring and one hybrid.

This was my second lease through Tom. He called me on my cell phone 5 minutes after initiating the VIP Priority Pass online. I described my needs, which were somewhat complex, and he guided me to the best option. I also had the opportunity to learn about Tom's leadership philosophy while there. He is a strong leader! It is all about taking care of his people, who will then take care of the customer. He had Brian assist us as well, who did a fantastic job putting my daughter in a Chevy Equinox.

I was informed that during the market shortage the vehicles available are the Touring model and that market adjustments are not being offered, as well as adding another $1375 onto the price for door guards and clear coat. At this time I will not be purchasing a Honda CRV from Serra auto. Thank you so much for your time, I do appreciate the assistance

Andy Hetler the Serra Honda Store Manager contacted us at home. Everything was pretty well done before we went to the dealership . We sold our CRV for $500 dollars more than they told us on the phone. We drove home with a leased 2020 Pilot . It was almost to easy! Thanks to Serra Honda and Car Pro.

Tom was there to meet us at the dealer when we arrived explaining his dealership to us. He was very nice to talk to and very informative. He passed us along to salesman Dave Summerville who was the most informative person I ever met. We really were not sure if we wanted new,used, lease or buy. Dave explained all options. Took both Subaru and Honda our for test drive. The whole time Dave explained everything about every car we drove. We ended up with a new Forester. And the whole buying procedure was explained to us by Dave every step of the way. I really believe he is the most knowledgeable salesman I've ever met and a super nice guy. He also took us back through the dealership introducing us to service department. <br>

My lease was coming to an end on my 2017 Ridgeline RTL-E. I saw on the dealers website that Honda did have incentives on 2019 Ridgelines so I thought I should check it out. It didn't work for me this time however I do believe the dealer did about everything the could to make it happen, Jerry, FYI Tom Florres called me within 15 minutes of my submittle to your Website. I thought that was cool. He said to let him know if I had any question, call anytime. I told I had been In contact with Chad he said great. When i met Chad he Told me about the converstion with Tom. By the way I have purchased 2 Ridgelines from them prior to my current 2017.
