I appreciated a quick response and they had the car out front when I got there from out of town. The price was already agreed to and my credit Union covered the financing. Our visit was very good. Jonnique Duke greeted us in the parking lot. He was very nice and pleasant to speak with. Chad came by to greet us also. Jonnique found the jeeps that we were interested in to test drive. We purchased a 4 door Wrangler. He spent a lot of time with us and helped with our questions about the jeep. Took us on a tour of the facility and met Chris Pierson the Service Advisor Manager, which answered a few questions for us. Mine was a little different, used a car pro certified dealer for a service issue. They were very nice and professional, and the used car inspection let me purchase an extended warranty quickly and easily. The tech was very thorough as well, I believe I got a really great car! Santos and Gabe were great. Wasn’t happy with Finance guy. It seemed as if it was his selecting the financial institution or the highway. We have a 849 Fico. It would have been nice to know what other interest rates were offered by other lenders. The Credit Union, which we had never heard of, or “No one has lesser interest rates!” So we deferred payment for 90 days and will refinance with our Credit Union at a substantially lower rate than 6.9 percent.

The dealership was fine and I give high marks. My wife was shopping for a Dodge Charger SRT-8, to replace a 2007 year, that was totaled on December 15 in a rear end collision not her fault. We really couldn’t afford a new or even used Certified, and she felt that Charger of hers could not be replaced. We had a Mazda CX 50 from a rental agency and she began to like that car. We tried a car pro Mazda dealer but they didn’t have the exact car she wanted on their lot, and therefore had little room to negotiate on price. We found a dealer nearby that had the exact car she wanted, and we got it for $2700 less out door than anywhere else could offer. She’s quite happy with the car, and this will not dissuade me from recommending CarPro dealers to others who are car shopping. It just didn’t work out for us. Great selection of jeeps. Aware that I was a CarPro Referral. Nothing other than employees pricing offered. Drove about 45 min from home.. Provided great description and test drive of preferred jeep. The sales Rep (Damian) responded within 24 hours of my request. He had a vehicle ready for me to test drive and purchase. based on my request. He also found another vehicle upon my request. I had a good experience but I decided not to purchase the vehicle because I wasn’t totally satisfied with the way it felt on the test drive and it was more than I wanted to pay. However, I had a good experience and a wonderful sales rep!

My daughters car died and she need a new one asap. Classic had several on the lot to choose from and we bought one on Saturday and they will deliver it to her on Monday. It was a great experience.

Their inventory of 2020 trucks was only about 3 or 4 vehicles. One truck they had advertised online was on the lot, but not actually for sale. They said they were trying to pull the ad off line, but as of then it still showed. Ended up buying a used Truck (2,500 miles) for about $4,000.00 under the Maroney price. Felt they could have done better. Talked to the saleslady mostly, and off and on two different "manager types". Felt to some degree I was being "Hustled". Most likely I will not go back.
