A typical car buying experience, nothing special. They seriously low-balled my trade (ultimately sold to CarMax for $8K more) but the dealership’s $7K discount was why I didn’t go to another dealership. The sales rep was OK - nice guy (who also didn’t know about Car Pro). Unfortunately sales management drives him to push all kinds of ancillary stuff like creating an account on their app before I leave with the car. Bottom line, I got what I needed but could have gotten that almost anywhere.

Big shout out to these guys. We received excellent service and care. Clay got us what we wanted and the Yukon is beautiful. We drove 4.5 hours and it was well worth the trip. Sharon in finance was terrific. She presented and offered all that was out there in the purchase, pricing, and options and answered all our concerns. These folks have great insight and are out there to help the consumer. Very great people and a friendly environment. This is our 3rd time purchasing a vehicle via CarPro USA. Everything you say on your radio show is absolutely true with your certified dealers. I don't think we would buy another vehicle any other way but via CarPro USA. Thanks Jerry for this service. Believe me, we recommend you all the time. OH BTW: Jerry, Sharon says hello.

The process was easy from the initial call all the way through the finance department. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. There was no pressure at any time, and there were no attempts to "up sell" for things I didn't need/want.

The dealership was clean and organized. The first person to greet me immediately went to find Mike. Mike was very helpful with information and helped us with the test drive of the car we were considering. We didn't really like the car we tried and the used inventory didn't have what we really wanted, so that was the main reason why we didn't buy. We have purchased vehicles from this dealership before and will certainly consider them again when we need another vehicle.

I was contacted but an assistant but she was very knowledgeable and helpful and the price was good. They not have the color interior I was wanting and said they do not trade with other dealers. She stated if I found one at another dealer to go buy there, so that’s what I did. Not a car pro dealer but I was treated well and a good price. They lost out.

They were able to get me a 2022 Yukon SLT that I was looking for, for my wife. Shone Alestock was my salesman and he did a very good job at communicating with me once he found me the right Yukon. Seven stars. Was another truly stress free event using CarPro dealers. Did everything over the phone, 2021 Yukon Denali was ready when we got there, signed a few papers and off we go. Traded in 2020 Denali and was shocked at what they gave us for trade. 2021 Denali is going to be a hard vehicle to top. I can see us holding onto this one for awhile. Had rate a 1 because there was no 0 I talked with Shone and basically said they did not have any GMC pickups in stock and was not going to order any. If this is the service before you purchase a vehicle what will it be after

The staff seemed very distant. They did give me a fair deal. But they were definitely short on friendliness. Maybe since they gave me a good deal, they realized they would not get as much $. But who knows. I wish that I would have gone to Classic Buick GMC in Arlington. Perhaps next time. Thanks for your help. Russ Parker

First contacted dealership through CarProUSA website. Arranged for a test drive, and car was ready when we arrived. Shone went over the features of the vehicle before, during, and after the test drive. No high pressure and didn't purchase that day. Continued contact through the week for color and option choices. Purchased the vehicle the following week, got a fair deal and the amount we were looking for on our trade.

Freeman Buick GMC is a great dealership! Their courtesy and customer care is the best in the Metroplex from the sales manager to the finance team. This is our second GMC Sierra that we bought from them. Mark Taylor handled both sales. Mark took care of every detail from the test drive to the paperwork with a warm family-like manner. We highly recommend Freeman Grapevine because of their professional staff.
