I made my appointment with the dealership and everything was ready when I arrived. They had a vehicle that I was interested in ready for a test drive . I was not sure about the color of the vehicle, but after seeing it in the light of day I knew it was right for me. I had applied for credit before hand and the paper work was completed in very short order. My new Subaru and I were out of the dealership in no time at all. I has bought several new cars and this was the most pleasant experience of them all. I highly recommend anyone interested in a new car to us a CarPro dealership.

Reached out to Anthony Reich at Huffines through CarPro web site about availability of a car listed on CarPro site. I received a response from a team member (David Murga) within an hour. (side note: Also reached out to Dorian Jimenez at another dealer on another car through same CarPro site, but have not received any response at this time. Don't need one now.) Anyway: Connected with David on the phone later in the same day and made an appointment to test drive the next morning. Had not planned on any trade-in, so was not sure, if I purchased a car, how I was going to get it home 45 miles from the dealership. Next morning when I arrived, David had not arrived at work yet because I was way early. Was not sure of the traffic in that area in the morning, so gave myself extra time to get there. Anthony had just returned from vacation, so he spent a little time with me until David arrived. Within a few minutes with Anthony, I realized I needed to make an adjustment on my selected car due to my and my wife's situation, her needing easy entrance and exit. With his knowledge, I had a better idea of the models that would better fit our need. When David arrived, he found several in inventory and went through testing driving a few. I found one and started the paper work. Then I told David I wasn't sure how to get it home and without a blink of an eye, he said he would deliver it later that day. Thought I had a Problem, but I was mistaken, that is service. Thanks, Harold

Our car buying experience was the best it could have been! The store is so nice and accommodating, and all the personnel are very pleasant and professional. Rob Jerden, our salesman, was exceptional, and an expert on Subarus. He helped through each step of the process. Anthony's leadership as the General Sales Director definitely makes this the store to buy your next Subaru!

We are very pleased with the experience. They didn't have the car we wanted on the ground but it was in transit . When asked for they gave us an out the door price with a breakdown of the costs. Other dealers we contacted would give a price but refused to give a breakdown of the costs. We chose to do all contact via email. Some dealers kept asking for a phone call even after we said email only. The car pro had no problem dealing with us this way. The price he gave us didn't change when we picked up the car. We are old so dealing with them through email allowed us the time to think about the deal without distraction. Edwin Homan wis the car pro and we worked with Minha Kim as the sales person. We would highly recommend both of them.

The reason we went to Huffines through CarPro was we previously had a bad experience at a different dealership that tried to give us a hard sell when we went in for a test drive. In contrast, everyone we worked with at Huffines was straightforward and professional.

Huffines dealership is new. A few minutes away from the city a live in, Not to far a way. They have been in business a long time. They said they are the oldest Subaru dealer in the State of Texas. I felt good about the reputation of the Huffines name. Subaru is a good brand. I have never owned a Subaru. My last car was a Toyota Rav 4 which was great. I will see over the next few years if my Subaru is as good as the Toyota. Find new roads, lol.

The CarPro was very responsive and helpful. We called about a specific CPO and it had sold already. He offered a couple of alternatives that were not what we are wanting (we are looking for a unicorn and know it) but he offered to keep his eyes out. All in all a good experience even if it didn’t work out.

Caleb Huber was very responsive. We spoke over the phone as Huffines Subaru is not in my area but they had the vehicle I wanted "in transit" and Caleb was very helpful guiding me to ensure I got the car. When I arrived in Corinth he had the car ready. F&I took a little time (no negotiating on extended warranty other than telling me the more options I buy the more discounts I get). Overall a good experience and, for me since I got the car I wanted, it was worth the drive to Corinth to get it.
