Dylan was very patient with my mother (who is 81) and allowed her to ask so many questions and patiently took bins time to answer her in a way that the could understand. He also patiently brought out numerous cars for her to see and that took ya past closing time on a Friday night. She made a selection of the perfect color inside and out. We got a fair deal on a ES 300h Ultra Luxury at our local dealer (North Star Lexus at the Dominion). Much better than what your CarPro at Park Place Lexus offered. You should add this dealer to your list. During my call in to your show you said it was tough to get a discount on a high bred. It was difficult but we saved $3200. Off MSRP.

This was our 2nd lexus purchased from Park Lexus so this was not our first time to have the opportunity to experience doing busy with them. As the first time, they were extremely courteous throughout the process (which was very efficient). We met Charles Owen and the new car manager and both made us feel welcome. Charles' 2 girls are actually the same as as my grandkids and go to the same school. He never seemed rushed to finish our visit with him. Hi Jerry, We purchased a certified pre-owned 2019 RX350 from Park Place Lexus in Grapevine this past week and couldn't be happier. We were initially met by Nathan Henry and our sales experience manager, Walter Onubogu. They both worked very hard to find a vehicle that would fit our needs. Neither my wife nor I are up to date with the latest technology. Walter patiently explained and demonstrated the technology differences between the 2019 and 2020 models. So, when we took delivery, both of us were comfortable with the vehicle and its features. We had been scheduled to take delivery on Tuesday, but after seeing the weather forecast on Sunday night, we were concerned about the possibility of severe weather and hail. We contacted Walter and he went out of his way to accommodate our concerns. He moved the delivery date up and came in early to insure the vehicle was ready for us a day early. I'm a regular listener because I appreciate the depth of your industry knowledge and select dealers. Park Place Lexus - Grapevine and it's staff certainly meets or exceeds those high standards. Jerry is, as always, my Saturday morning adviser. Several years ago I tried his "end of year best pricing" advise. It worked nicely then so I became a mid December buyer. On Thursday, December 11th I looked at the Park Place Lexus Grapevine inventory, picked a couple of Vin numbers with the colors and options I wanted. I then sent my request to the CarPro and purchased the car on Friday 13th when Danial Cantu called. He had the car and about 10 minutes later we had a deal. We picked up the car on Saturday, December 14, 2024. Thanks Mr. Reynolds!

I worked with both Derrick and Elliott in Pre-owned sales. Derrick was the initial person I worked with when I came in to look at a specific pre-owned vehicle. He was kind and attentive and spent a lot of time with me and my family showing us the car we came to see as well as searching through the rest of the inventory to satisfy my curiosity on what was available. He was wonderful to work with. When I came back the next day to purchase, it was Derrick’s day off so we worked with Elliott. He was also great to work with. My one small complaint would be the amount of time the paperwork took while I had a crying baby with me. It seemed to take longer than anticipated. However, I do not have any complaints about the people. We negotiated to have a few things fixed before I took ownership and the dealership was wonderful to make sure I had a loaner car in the meantime after I turned in my trade in. They took care of the things I requested. I even came back a little while after purchase because we discovered a problem after I giant rain storm. Park Place, Derrick and Elliott went above and beyond to check out the issue and work on my car after purchase since it was a hidden issue. I came back twice and without hesitation they gave me a loaner vehicle both times until they could nail down the problem and get it fixed. Not all dealers would have done that. I will continue to bring my car back for maintenance because I was so happy with the service I received here. Thank you.

Although my daughter was probably trying to buy more car than she could afford, I think we could have been treated a bit better. No one was rude, but I don’t feel like they tried real hard to get her financed. And they offered her less for her trade than other dealerships that we have been to.

This was an excellent buying experience. Zane and John were professional, courteous, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. This dealership does not play games with their customers. They provide full transparency over the process in a no pressure environment. This is the 8th Lexus I have purchased from this dealership and I keep coming back because they are so easy to deal with. I should add that the price I received on the Lexus was great, as was the price on our trade-in.

We purchased a 2014 Lexus ES350 with the Luxury, Navigation Package. We traded in my wife's 2012 Camry SE with 65,000 miles in mint condition. The Lexus had 45,000 and was a one owner vehicle also. Pete and Mike gave me exceptional service. I was looking for the GX 460. Either 2016, 2018. A 2016 trade came in and they worked with me to get me the deal I needed. The car was delivered in exceptional quality. It does not look like a 4 year old vehicle. It is beautiful and everything looked perfect on it. I really liked working with Mike. I know I probably drove him crazy but he never showed it. Very Professional and a great man.

We liked Park Place. We used your service with Freeman Toyota when leasing a Highlander. The name given to us with Freeman was BJ Stankovich. He was the first one to greet us and made sure we were getting the deal we expected. He did let Sam Scarlett handle the details. The process seemed a little more straight forward at Freeman. I didn't need to turn in pass as when Brandon called me he knew I was a carpro referral. I took my trade to carmax first to get the offer from them. I then emailed brandon pics of my car and he called the next day to tell me they will offer the same amount and of course with trade that is a substantial tax savings. My wife was not feeling well and we live in South Arlington so I took the red 2019 ES350 home to show her and let her drive. I then went back to dealership and asked if they could find $1500 between car and trade. They did and we made the deal. The entire process was fast and easy. In addition I felt like I got a great deal with no hassle

Everyone was out of the Lexus IS 300 model I wanted. Brian found one for me. It was the last one they had. Park Place wasn't the most convenient dealer for me but they were great. Brian went out of his way to get me the car and hold it for me. I ran right out there and purchased it. He then walked me through the cars operation and got it all set up for me. He was fantastic and a great dealership! (As an aside, I got a flat tire driving it home. I took it to Sewell the next day and they said the tires are new on that model and they don't have one in stock, but are getting one for me. Gave me a loaner. Their service department is fantastic. I'm surprised they are one of your preferred dealers as well).

I followed the online process and Nathan reached out to me within 24 hours about a used car on their lot. We handled most of the deal through email and over the phone. We came to terms on a Friday, but I couldn't make the 2.5 hour (one way) drive until the following Monday. No problems--my word, info, and desire to make my bride happy was enough for them. Monday I spent less than an hour at the dealership doing a test drive and signing papers. The Park Place experience was awesome! And, my wife is over the moon about her 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU Rubicon. And Jerry, thanks for your email responses leading up to this with regard to timing and process.

This is my 16th car and absolutely the best car-buying experience I have ever had. The process started with Jerry's email response answering my several questions. I then emailed Park Place Lexus Grapevine and literally within a few minutes Nathan Henry phoned me. We agreed on a meeting time a few hours later. Nathan greeted me warmly at the dealership and introduced me to Derrick Nicholson, a cordial, courteous, professional who knows his product. Within about 90 minutes Nathan and I had a deal, $2,000+ less than the "best" offer I had from their cross-Metroplex rival. Throughout the process Nathan demonstrated competence, knowledge, and professionalism. He was a pleasure to deal with and seemed to be continually smiling behind his Covid-19 mask. Derrick personally delivered my new car the next morning and later that day Amy walked me through all the "techie" aspects of the car. I couldn't be more appreciative to Jerry for his genuineness, sincerity, and availability, and for the certified-dealer network he's worked so tirelessly to create. This is the fifth car I've bought from CarPro dealers, plus two my daughter has bought. I was taking my S.I.L to this dealer and trying to show her the benefits of using it I would have purchased the beautiful car, with the Lexus warranty for the price they were offering, but my S.I.L. wanted other things on the car and bought one from MB that was a bit newer but had a few things this one didn't have and she was leaving town 48 hours after she bought it so she bought that one. I love the Carpro program and have purchased 3 cars for me personally from the great dealers. But I was not in charge this time.
