The person I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't have the car I was interested in but he check nationally for the exact car I was looking for and told he who had it. He was going to look into possibly ordering what I wanted but being so late in the year he wasn't sure he would be able to. I may have to get a 2025 model if I decide to get one. I was very happy with the service, knowledge, and help he provided me, he went above and beyond what he needed to. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the person who helped me.

On a scale of 1-5 (with 5 being the highest) Chris Brunner is a "10". He did the impossible and made it look easy. No wonder he has been the general manger of one of the largest Lexus deaers in the country for 30 years. He is the epitomy of professionalism and competence. My first time to use the Carpro program having been in the car business over twenty years I was very suspect of the program. I was totally wrong. I was contacted by Chris Brunner who worked out the numbers for me on a vehicle that was not arriving until first part of January we initially made contact December 8. He committed to the same deal on the car and my trade. We just took delivery on a 22 RX350 from Greg Ebenholtz who handled the paperwork and delivery. He was great and a real professional. As a side note I received an email from Chris on a Sunday night when we were working on the details. I don’t know any GM’s who would do that. Very impressed with Park Place Lexus!!!!

He went above and beyond to search for vehicle options for me and did not pressure me to consider a vehicle other than what I specifically asked for, despite the fact that he didn't have any in stock. I emailed Chris Brunner on Sunday thru your website. I was not expecting to hear back from him until Monday, however he called me within 5 minutes of sending the email. He set me up with Kelli and after learning what I was looking for she sent me pricing on 4 vehicles. We picked one out and drove the 200 miles from Pflugerville to Plano. The money we saved made the drive worthwhile. We arrived at the dealership at 10:00 AM and because Kelli already had the paperwork ready we were finished and our way home by noon. Kelli even called later that day to make sure we got home ok. I highly recommend Park Place Lexus of Plano to anyone looking for a Lexus.

Went in a couple of days before and contacted Adam just to look. Adam was very professional and informative. After making the decision to purchase I applied for and received a Car Pro V.I.P.pass with Chis' name and number. Chris called and I gave him the cars we were interested in. Chris researched the information and gave me two options on three vehicles. I told Chris we had dealt with Adam before getting the V.I.P. pass. Chris said he would contact Adam . We purchased a NEW 2020 LEXUS ES350. The customer service was SUPERB. Thanks for providing such a needed service and to Park Place Lexus for being such a intricate a part of the V.I.P process. I had an excellent experience at Park Place Lexus in Plano. I'm not sure that Chris Brunner even sleeps, I placed my VIP request with the car I was interested in before 5am and Chris quickly replied saying he would check on a better price when he goes to work that morning. Well he was able to get me a better price and when I walked in the dealership at 11 AM in the morning Lio Perez my sales manager was there to greet me. From there we headed off to the show room floor where they had pulled in my certified used Lexus vehicle for my inspection as we were walking that direction we Chris medicine in the hallway and proceeded to give me the full walk around of the vehicle. Let me tell you, it was a great experience I feel like I need to do it again real soon not because I need another vehicle but it was just an enjoyable time.

I've used Park Place Lexus to service my vehicles for several years, but I had never bought a car there. It is a first rate dealership. The Car Pro Priority Pass made the car buying process easy. I contacted Park Place Lexus via the CarProUSA website Priority Pass and received an email reply from Chris Brunner, the dealership General Manager. He then had a salesperson contact me by phone. Everything was done by phone or email. I told salesperson what I wanted and he showed me a selection of new and certified vehicles matching my criteria. After choosing the one I wanted, my salesperson contacted the General Manager, and the next day I received an offer sheet by email. I'd done my homework and the price was a great deal. After that I took my old car to the dealership and got a very good trade-in price. We spent a total of about 90 min at the dealership to do a test drive, get the trade-in appraised, and see the final numbers. Most of our time was spent on the test drive and admiring the car! No haggling, no hassle, no lengthy waits or gamesmanship! Thanks Park Place and thanks Car Pro! I intend to use CarProUSA for all my future car purchases.

I listen to your show every Saturday Morning as I run my errands and have for years. This is the first time I have used your CARPROUSA Priority Pass even though I have just purchased my seventh (7) Lexus. I have been a Lexus driver since the early 1990's. Using your pass was the best buying experience I have EVER had. I love negotiating for items but this was a most pleasant experience even though I was familiar with all the details. I would recommend the Pass for EVERYONE! Chris listened to all my ideas and thoughts re the purchase and my sales guy, Ryan, was most respectful as I am an older lady and he could not have been more kind and helpful. I had an immediate response from Chris Brunner to the message I sent through the CarPro website. Our meeting with him was delightful. He listened to our wants and needs and found 4 vehicles that would meet them. Printed out the specs on each and put his price on them right up front. Showed us around his awesome dealership. Such a gentleman to give 2 seniors such time & attention! We drove SUVs with Jason Huber and later met with him after we made our decision on which vehicle and it had arrived at Park Place. Jason was so patient to explain all the finer details and help us through the buying process. He learned quickly our level of technical expertise and was so helpful in setting all the controls in the vehicle for us and, once again, so patient and kind. We've never had such a wonderful car-buying experience in our rather long lives and look forward to continuing our relationship with Park Place Lexus and the people who work there. I was in the market for a Lexus that was in short supply and Chris put my name on one that was coming in. He took the time to give my wife and me a tour of all areas of his dealership. He is and should be proud of his operation. Unfortunately, another dealer was able to fill my order earlier and due to my high trade-in value I chose that one. Chris responded very quickly after receiving my request. I told him I wanted to purchase either a 2022 Lexus NX Hybrid or RX400h. He gave me tons of details about both cars. However, they don't have any to drive at the moment. He is expecting the NX in around the end of December and more RX's in mid-December. So right now I'm just waiting for an opportunity to drive both. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and had one of his team follow up via email. I'm just waiting for a car to drive and go from there.

I reached out to Chris Brunner at Park Place Lexus in late March inquiring about a Lexus RX350. Chris immediately returned my call and we met up that day. He even gave us a tour of the dealership and took extra time with us. With limited inventory on site, he was still able to find the car/options my wife wanted in an upcoming dealer order, so he tagged our name for when the car arrived. He had Sergio Caballero keep us up to date on delivery which happened this week (about a month later). We met with Sergio today, who did a great job assisting with the sale and Chris was there to ensure our purchase went smoothly. My wife and I appreciated their honesty and we were equally appreciative of their fair trade in offer, which was equivalent to our givemethevin.com offer when you include the tax benefit. It was a great experience UNLIKE many we have had in the past. I would highly recommend Chris and his team at Park Place Lexus in Plano.

This the fourth time we have leased a Lexus from Park Place Plano using the VIP program. Each time the experience has been as advertised. We were presented with the best price from the beginning, no haggling and great follow-up. The December incentives were too good to pass up compared to other similar cars. I give Park Place Plano four stars. Chris Brunner was very professional and accommodating. In fact, as I was writing this review Chris called to follow up. The sales process was several hours long (new computer system) and the old fashion back and forth with the sales manager pertaining to my trade in. After the purchase of the certified 2019 ES 350, I was reviewing the service records and see that Paintless Dent removal was needed for a "Large Passenger Rear Door Crease". The door repair is not noticeable, however being that it stated "Large" I feel like this should have been noted during the sales process. I told Kenneth about this he said he wasn't aware of it. Overall good experience and I would recommend Park Place Lexus.

GM Chris Brunner and Salesperson Billy Clark did a great job, even putting a red bow on my wife's RX350 when we came to pick it up as it was her birthday. Only hiccup was not being able to put the entire down payment on my credit card which was not ideal.

I live 3 hours south of Park Place Lexus. I listen to the CarPro Show and value Jerry's advice. I first went to the local Lexus dealer in Austin, but even with an appointment, they treated me like they were doing me a favor by showing me a car. I downloaded my Jerry Pass and drove the 3 hours to Park Place Lexus. Ryan Bacsafra met me and took me through all my options, explained everything about a 2 year 460 GX lease, paid up front. He had exactly the car I wanted and we did the entire deal in 84 minutes. The price was very good, over $3,500 less cost than the first dealer I spoke with.<br><br>I met the sales manager and the GM, both of whom told me how much business they get from the Car Pro Show and how much they value Jerry's recommendation. Then Ryan volunteered to drive the car 3 hours to my home in Salado when everything was ready, 2 days later. He brought the car, showed my wife all the features, set up her phone, set the gate and garage opener. This level of service has made me a customer for life. When my lease is up, I will just call Park Place and order the next one. I am also buying a Toyota TRD PRO 4Runner and will not even consider a dealer who is not recommended by Jerry.

Chris and Darren took great care of me - I called in advance and he was on his way into the dealership and I told him I found him through Jerry's recommendation and the VIP pass, etc..., and he met me at the door when I came in, and took great care of me - got a test drive and love the NX - the only reason I didn't buy was because that was my first test drive of this Lexus, and i am likely going to have a car allowance starting next month, so i wanted to wait until that takes effect. Should i decide for sure on the NX, I will def buy from Chris and Darren - great service and experience all around

I did not present the VIP but did tell them I knew Jerry Reynolds from the Dallas Police Reserves and that I had my VIP Priority Pass. I have already emailed Jerry to tell him how pleased we were to do business AGAIN with the Park Place dealership. Our new Lexus 350 RX Crossover is our third car to buy under this program and through Jerry Reynolds' advice. We make a six hour drive round trip in order to select a vehicle at Park Place. The priority pass certainly influences our decision in making a purchase. <br>

He was very thorough in explaining the differences between the 2015 Lexus I had to the 2019 I was interested in. Stephen also handled the financing details.
