Ashlyn was o flexible working with our schedule which seems like a little thing but it was key to our decision process. She brought the model to our home to test the ease of entering our narrow gate! She was extremely knowledgeable about the car.and willing for us to come back for deeper explanations. The management team was first class!

With my CarPro VIP Priority Pass, Brandon of Park Place Mercedes-Benz Fort Worth immediately responded to my request and proceeded with an inventory search. However, I was able to independently find the ideal color combination and option package from another source. Given that the vehicle I purchased had only 150 original miles and the price was excellent, it was a deal too good to pass. As soon as I made the alternative purchase I informed Brandon and he was absolutely gracious in his response. Should I have not "lucked out" elsewhere, I definitely would have purchased through Brandon.

The best car buying experience for me is an understatement. Not only did everything go smoothly and promptly, but they delivered my vehicle and picked up two trades 3 hours away from the dealership!
