Polite, professional & responded immediately to my inquiry. If the value for my trade-in had been better, I would definitely have done business with them. Unfortunately the market dropped more than I realized so I decided not to purchase a new vehicle. If I am in the market for a new vehicle in the future, it will only be with one of your dealers. I was able to buy my wife a December to Remember, her first Lexus RX 350. The SUV was the one I emailed you about with 68000 miles. I have always loved Sewell, they are 1 of my top 3 dealerships Freeman and Sam Pack being the others. The experience was spotless and everything I expected. My wife never wanted to sit in the Lexus because she knew she would love it and felt there would never be a way for us to afford one. Thanks to you and Sewell I was able to give my wife a car she deserves and a car and company I can trust and this was our 2nd Sewell purchase over the years and hopefully wont be the last. Thanks again and wishing you, Kevin and your families a Merry Christmas from the Greg "Phatt Daddy" Hargrave family which we all use you along with countless friends. Our experience was the best but I don't know if the REVIEW RATING 1 OR 5 represents BEST. A KEY is needed. I helped my sister, Stancie Ley, from Mississippi, find and buy her XT5 Cadillac at the Grapevine, Texas Sewell location. We did not meet Justin but he did check on us from outside the dealership to ensure our needs were being addressed. Hannah Brown Byrd and her team were GREAT and they worked very hard to give us the best price possible. Hannah returned our calls promptly and was a delight with which to deal and discuss the sale. Because my sister and I come from a family-owned business background, I think that I should give you a little feedback that would take the service from great to OUTSTANDING. When my sister got back to Mississippi and wanted to read all about her new car, the car owner's manual and paperwork were all missing from the glove box. The dealership might want to consider having a checklist to "catch" these missing items prior to the new owner leaving the dealership. Hannah's team said they would mail the manual to my sister but as of today, 8.26.2022, she has not received it. I suggest that they send the information via UPS not regular mail if this happens again in the future. We were also not told, in advance of the actual purchase day, that the car did not have the sensors for the forward and backward warning beeps. We understand the supply chain issues; however, because we did not see the car in person until we arrived to purchase the car, we should have been told that several sensors were missing and were on order. The dealership is also supposed to mail the registration material to the MS DMV but as of today, 8.26.22, that information and money have not arrived at the MS DMV according to the DVM. This isn't a big thing, but it would have made us feel special as a customer if the team member would have refrained from checking her watch while walking us through our paperwork---------we felt like she was in a hurry to finish our purchase. Since we were paying around $60,000 cash for Stancie's new car, we had many questions. Overall, it was a great experience and one that was much like what we experienced when we previously purchased our Infiniti and Subaru from the Lemmon location. We would gladly recommend Hannah and her sales team to our friends when purchasing their next cars!

Had some back and forth but came through in the end. Looked at both the XT 5 and XT 6 as well as the Lexus 350 but felt the interior room in the XT 6 was what we needed for road trips. Thanks for your advice and help.

Sewell made it possible for us to roll out of our 2017 XT5 lease and get a new 2020 XT5 lease and lowered our payment $100.00 a month. We only paid for TTL and 1st month payment. Elizabeth brought the car to my wife,s office in Denton and we did the paper work there. Easy and pleasant. Thank you Car Pro for suggestion Sewell.

Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine is the best! Tom Caulfield treated my wife like she was the only customer he had, from initial contact to him driving her Cadillac all the way out to Emory for delivery. Nothing could have been easier and the price was excellent as well. Five stars and two thumbs up.
