This is my 6th car purchase with Sewell dealerships. I’m completely satisfied with the entire experience and they continue to improve. Now everything is efficiently completed at my sales rep desk. Great working with you again Andrey Saratov! Also great meeting Baden Rowland. We learned that we were both born and lived in the same small Rio Grande Valley farm town. Many years between us but amazing coincidence.

The assistance I received was almost too good to be true. I arrived at the dealer for a specific used car and it was ready and waiting! I was greeted by the Manager himself and introduced to Paul. Paul was extremely professional, allowing me plenty of time to inspect the car and even handled all paperwork and finance information without sending me off to a "finance guy". I felt very comfortable and never pressured, which was something I was concerned with because I was handling the purchase without my husband present. The "out the door" cost and fees were straightforward and the final price of the vehicle was even less then I had anticipated, which I'm assuming may have been due to the CarProUSA VIP experience!

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. They are so professional and organized. I did not feel pressured at all. Andrey just gave me the information and let me make the decision. As I was signing my loan documents, Bryan let me know he had found an even lower interest rate than I had agreed to. That meant a lot to me.

Although they got back to me quickly, I got conflicting info on what vehicles they had in stock and the offers to test drive. Ultimately, they said there few vehicles could only be sold to local buyers. Since they were a lengthy drive from where I was staying (I am from Houston) and they had nothing to sell me, turns out none to even drive, I did not visit.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. First I want to thank Jerry Reynolds for his car advice on the radio. I have been listening for a couple of years since I knew that I would need to buy a new car soon. All the road monitoring and drive sold me on the car. I emailed Sewell and they gave me a discount for going through the Car Pro program. I asked for a salesman who had been there several years. Byron was such a kind, knowledgeable, and patient man. He spent a long time helping me to decide which model to buy. It was nice to deal with a salesman whose career is in the car business and not someone selling cars while he is between jobs,

Summer made us feel at home upon our arrival at Sewell. She explained everything about the Forester before and during our test drive. She found out what my wife was looking for in a car and offered to answer any questions we had while we were at the dealership or when we got home. She quickly responded to all of my many email questions. She even took us on a tour of the facility and offered us something to drink and even a cookie. Summer expressed to my wife that she needed to take the time that she needed to make a decision and to let her know if we had any questions.

This is my first Subaru. I have previously driven Lexus IS cars fir the past 10 years. My only regret is that I should have asked for a home link mirror. I took it for granted that it wasn't a standard option even though the BRZ I purchased was a limited and it did have an auto dimming option. It looks like I could have paid $20 more and that would have saved me from carrying a garage and gate remote around.

I was purchasing a vehicle for my daughter and already knew what vehicle I wanted. I looked up which dealerships closeby were CarPro certified dealers and immediately contacted Sewell. Charles was our sales agent and made the process painless. I have never spent so little time actually purchasing a vehicle and I appreciate the respect of my time by the dealership. The vehicle was prepped and ready to go when I arrived. I had to complete some financing paperwork and met the General Manager. This was a great experience and I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from them. PS my daughter was really excited when she walked out the front door that day to see her new vehicle sitting in the driveway :)

Sewell was 3$K below Car Max offer for trade in value that Huffines matched and was only offering MSRP for the 2019 Subaru Ascent and Huffines offered 2$K below therefore I leased the vehicle from Huffines saving me approx. $6K. I always thought Sewell was competitive but obviously not this time.

This was my first time in a Sewell dealership. I was greeted promptly and everyone was professionally and impressively dressed. Unfortunately, the vehicle I was looking at was not large enough for my family of 7 (3 teens). I was saddened that the Subaru Ascent was not large enough. It is a beautiful vehicle.

I have purchased my last 5 vehicles with your help. Bought my 2018 Forester from Sewell. Been very happy with the dealership. Registered on line and a young lady phoned me. I told her what I wanted (another Forester). She said I might have to wait 6 months because nothing was available. She urged me to come look at 2022 or used cars. Totaled unacceptable. Stopped by Norm Reeves in Rockwall (close to home). They had a car just like I wanted coming in this month....I bought it.

I sent an informative e-mail to Sewell Subaru from the CarPro dealer list and got a quick reply from Jessica. She did some research for me and gave me some good to set me up for a more advantageous time for me to trade. She was very helpful and I will definitely call her back towards the end of this year or early 2021. I had some major hail damage to a vehicle done at their repair center in 2011 and it was a totally pleasant experience and my Sport Trac looked brand new.

SEWELL is OUTSTANDING & worth the visit. Jessica called probably within 10 minutes of submitting for the Pass. On arrival sent introduced me to JD Rose who was knowledgeable courteous and did a great job. GM Baden Rowland visited with me as did the certified manager. It is interesting that in this request you mentioned "outstanding car buying experience", for I emailed Baden Rowland and used that same word. I understand how people say " Sewell Customer for Life".
