Mr Carlson, I do apologize that you were not able to get the VIP treatment that we so often provide. I make no excuse. Our processes failed us on your visit due to absence of our car pro staff. Initially I was working with a new employee to the dealership and we were not able to make the deal, however after a price drop, I was able to reach out to one of the Car Pro representatives and everything went excellent after that. Once we were at the dealership, the sale rep was fantastic! Transparency could have been better up front, but all worked out in the end.

I would like to thank the salesperson who sold me the car. Gary was fantastic. When I got home I noticed a cut in the leather and they didn’t leave a tire lock. I called Gary on Monday. We set up a day to bring it back and he met me at the door and handled everything. Even filled the gas tank back up.

Although we did not purchase a vehicle, the sales staff was very helpful. No pressure, just glad to help in any way they could. My wife thought she wanted an XT4, but after seeing it, she just could not part with her Suburban. If she changes her mind in the future, we will head back to Ron Carter Cadillac: car shopping the way it should be.

I hit it off with Victor right away and enjoyed our sales/customer relationship. He and the manager gave me figures for buying a Cadillac and for leasing a Cadillac. After going through some figures and making some adjustments, I agreed to give it some thought and wanted to get away for an hour or two to think, pray, contact my insurance provider, and consult with family. They gave me a gift card for a nice steak restaurant at the nearby mall, which I accepted and used for my meal. After an hour and a half or so, I went back to the dealership and accepted the deal set forth. I had been dreading trying to negotiate for a new car since I'm single and it had been 20 or 30 years since I had bought a car on my own; but it turned out to be a good experience.

Longtime listener and took your advice to replace my Escalade now instead of in January. Actually used VIP Pass twice in 2 weeks. First at Sewell in Grapevine and this week closer to home at Ron Carter in Friendswood. Jerry and Kevin select only quality dealers. We experienced a sincere interest in our being positive in every aspect of this vehicle purchase. Truly "car buying your way." This important action should be positive yet often is stressful and time consuming. Your straight talk and honest answers are greatly appreciated, we all want the ideal - win/win experiences.

I was met at the front door by Gary Yannibelli, a veteran at Ron Carter Cadillac. He had 3 cars located that I mentioned I wanted to see. One in particular was ready to take on a test drive. I respectfully declined as I had driven a similarly equipped car at another dealer. We looked at the other two cars close by and asked to see one of them cleaned up as there had been some recent weather and it was quite dusty, all good! Taking a closer look at the detailed car, inside and out, we decided to take a look at the 'numbers'. Gary had everything at his finger tips and answered all the questions we had. A great rate was available and everything was right. We presented our GM Supplier discount information with no issues and settled on a great deal on a 2021 CT5 Premium Luxury, 3.0L Twin Turbo V6. The finance process was flawless and most importantly very quick in the hands of Kelly Wilson (Finance Manager). Some final touches were needed that could not be completed by days end so we took delivery at our home 50 miles away early the following week. The delivery agent showed us many of the features and helped with some minor setups with phones and other common options. Gary followed up with an email and phone call to ensure we were pleased with all aspects of the process and most importantly the car! VERY PLEASED with the entire process and highly recommend Ron Carter Cadillac!
