I really had a great experiance with Fred Haas Nissan when purchasing my Frontier. Both the salesperson and finance person were honest and a pleasure dealing with. Dealer add-ons pushed their car's price above Gillman Nissan's drive out price! Fred Haas Nissan had 5 vehicles in 3 color choices to choose from but all had the add-on package so we bought elsewhere.

Everything was handled over the phone. James Hodges gave us the CarPro treatment. He listened to our needs, and we ended up leasing a 2021 Rogue. Before we went to finance to sign papers, he apologized for being $3.00 a month over our initial conversation of where we needed to be (lol). They handled my trade in and made it a very positive car buying experience.

Dain Whyte’s team was fantastic. Well worth the nearly 4 hour drive there. Our salesman Jamal spent his time getting us every vehicle we wanted to test drive. When it came down to financing we had no back n forth let me check with manager. We had Nicolas Voss work with us on financing the least stressful sales experience we ever had. I would absolutely drive the 4 hours to buy there again. First we drove 4 hours from Far West San Antonio. Last week I received a call from Dain Whyte letting me know that he was assigning a salesman to us and he will calling shortly. He did, our salesman was Jamal and he was the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I’ve had a best friend sell me a car at a dealership. He presented different cars for us to try. A Sentra, a Rogue, and an Altima SV. I don’t fit in the Sentra. I had indentations on my legs from the door and console. My wife wanted an SUV but the ride was rough compared to the Altima. We sat in a new Altima, we were getting an Altima. Dealing with the Finance Department was one of the more pleasant experiences. We explained we intended to 1 time payment lease but we didn’t qualify. However instead of making us do the whole financing dance back and forth. We enjoyed a good conversation about our kids and television shows while he was crunching numbers on his computer. It was a long day including the 8 hours of driving but worth it. 10/10 would highly recommend. We got a 2024 Gun Metal Metallic Nissan Altima SR with leather seats. We are so happy with our experience at Fred Haas. Thank you for letting people know that there is a much better way of buying a car by becoming a CarPro VIP and getting the best car sales experience possible.

It could have been a harrowing event but was made MUCH easier with the help of James and all the financial staff. I would go back there for sure. James was a lot of fun, and he kept things on a lighter note. Thank you Fred Haas Nissan, and thank you, James!

I can not give an excellent rating because the one complaint is I did not received my signed paperwork when I picked up my car. They said they would email and I did not receive until the owner of the company text me to see how my experience was and I told her. I then received by email but it was not complete the second page was missing which is the most important it breaks down what you paid for the car. I have now contacted the owner again to let her know it is missing. I feel I should of had the paperwork before I left the dealership.

I knew exactly what I wanted and Nabeel was awesome in helping me work out the details, especially since I lived so far away. I didn't want to drive all the way to have the deal fall through. The team at Fred Haas was wonderful as well. They knew what I wanted and that I came to do business with them. Great dealership.

I inquired about the Rouge from the CarPro website and Dain Whyte got in touch with me in less than an hour which was great since I started the inquiring on 4/29. We discussed what I was looking for and my trade in value. It wasn't long that Brent Kern got back in touch with me and we worked thru the details. Brent got back with me the next day and we worked out all the #'s and agreed to move forward. We had several phone calls during the process and he always kept me informed. I was trying to complete the deal by the end of the work day so I could take advantage of the 0% interest. When all the paperwork could not be done online & I told him I could not make it in that day due to work conflict & that he was 1-1/2 hours away from my home. He made a few phone calls and called me back and said they would deliver and pick up my trade that evening & I could sign what needed to be signed then. The whole transaction was handled by phone & I never had to drive to the dealership. He was extremely fair with the price of the new vehicle & my trade. I tried to purchase at my local dealer which was about 10 minutes from my home and they simply refused to put any deal together unless I went to the dealership. Needless to say I never went. Brent had the car delivered to my house at 9:00 pm Tuesday night, I signed the necessary paperwork & they left with the trade. Brent did call me the next day on his day off to see how I liked the vehicle and that he would call the next day to go over features and answer any questions that may have come up. He did and it truly was a great experience from beginning to end.

This entire process was hands down "the" best car buying experience that I have ever had from start to finish. James brought the vehicle to our home (in the rain) for me and my wife to test drive, evaluated our trade, and even beat our Car Max offer to help absorb some of the negative equity we had. When I went in the next morning to take delivery of our new 2021 Nissan Rogue, James had all of the paper work ready for me to sign, and then he gave me a complete tutorial of all of the vehicle's mechanical and safety features and I was out in 1 hour and 17 minutes. Hat's off to John Hays and his team for an outstanding car buying experience. Well Done Fred Haas Nissan!!

This was my daughter's first experience for purchasing a car. The whole process of working with the Fred Haas was a wonderful experience for her. We followed the guidelines for getting a VIP Priority Pass through Car Pro USA. The General Manager, John Hays, contacted me directly to ask my needs for contacting the dealership. We set up an appointment to meet with James Hodge. From the beginning, Mr Hodge was very helpful. He sat us down and we explained to him what we were needing. My daughter had limited credit, and was hoping to get a used vehicle through Fred Haas. Mr. Hodge found 2 vehicles that met her requirements. We drove both and my daughter chose the one she wanted. After filling our the paperwork for processing, and while Mr. Hodge was away, my daughter talked about how easy it was and how much she enjoyed the experience. I too was very impressed with Fred Haas's professionalism and sincere desire to help a new customer. Mr Hayes introduces himself and asked how things were going with the buying experience and we told him we were very satisfied. We will use this dealer again, and were very thankful for the association they have with Car Pro USA.
