John, salesman and Christian, finance manager were great, pleasant to talk with. The price on the 2023 Pacifica was great but we were shocked at the low amount they offered for our trade...like a slap in the face...way below KBB value and many similar vehicles we had seen online. We assume it was because they had discounted the new vehicle price??...but still!...didn't seem right. We had driven 4 hours and felt like we had to give them the trade so we didn't have to drive 2 vehicles home--otherwise we would have kept our trade in. Sort of disappointed with the deal....obviously knew what they were doing. But we love the new van.

John Piggott spent a lot of time with me explaining the differences between the GMC Sierra models. but with limited supply of vehicles we did not make a deal. Ordering avehicle may be the route I have to go.

John, and the dealership did an excellent job. The customer service was outstanding made the deal though text and email. Then drove to Houston from Temple TX. The truck was ready to go, signed the paperwork and was on my way. I would Highly recommend John and Gay GMC. And will be buying my next car from them

John Windham is very polite and shows respect. Not pushy yet understanding of my limited time. I hope that he is able to put me in a ride soon. I wish I could decide on a half ton or 3/4 ton truck which one would suit my needs the best. Love the diesel but like the price of gas!

No hassle at all, <br>I HATE to buy vehicles but will have to say this was a very good buying experience. We agreed on a price for my trade-in and confirmed the advertised sales price for the new truck before I even went to the dealer. Get this, after checking out my trade-in they up the value. I also financed with them and got a really good rate. This went well too. The dealer added a SERVICE fee to the purchase price, tint, ceramic, 2 additional oil changes giving me the first 3 free. I think this will be a big value since this truck has the new Duramax 3.0l turbo-diesel .

I sent out several Emails to different dealers. Making sure those vehicles were in stock. Some answered quick some didn’t. Dave Cummings txt me. We went back and fourth Q and A. I Ubered to Gay. The car was out front. Test drive, went over price, how the car was inspected etc. I was in and out in about 2 hours.

I must hold my rating as I was forced to order a GMC truck due to needs that were unavailable off the lot. John has been very helpful in assisting me as well as making things work without a 85 mile return to the dealership. Thanks for the help from CarPro!
