Finally had an opportunity to go to the dealership and meet with Chris. Both he and Pat B. were very helpful. We drove G80 and a Sonata. We are looking to downsize (we also have a 2020 Explorer ST) so settled on the Sonata N Line. Delivery is early June. While I am happy with the buying experience I am not that happy with the $3900 “price adjustment”. I understand the current market forces, but >10% above MSRP seems a bit over the top. Still hoping that Chris and Pat will find me a “Night Edition”. That would make the $3900 price adjustment concern vanish.

I had a great experience at the dealership. I made an appointment to go in Friday and traded in my 2019 Ram for a new CV70. John Lewis took good care of me and what really impressed me is the low pressure sales approach in the finance office. They explained the additional warranties that were available and although I did purchase them, at no time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. In today's economic climate, I feel like the deal was fair. MSRP with no mark up, plus a Genesis incentive of $1,000 bonus cash and 3.5% APR. I couldn't be happier with the car and the experience.

Tristan quoted me a price of $5k over MSRP even though MSRP was listed next to the car. When I said that I wouldn’t pay over MSRP he said that he was going to call CarPro. He got back with me and offered a $1k off Car Pro discount. I said no. I was willing to pay MSRP. Then two more men from the dealership called me and left messages. I did not return their calls. I have no desire for game playing. I would have purchased the car for MSRP. Terry Leigh

This is my experience buying a Genesis GV80 Prestige Signature from Genesis of Spring, as a CarPro VIP in early April 2022. I have been a listener of Gerry’s radio show for many years in the Houston, TX area. I bought my first vehicle as a CarPro VIP more than twelve years ago, and since then have purchased six vehicles in Texas and California as a CarPro VIP. I have been driving a 2018 Audi Q7 Prestige, and as I wanted a new vehicle, took Jerry’s advice and watched his review video on the new Genesis 2021 GV80. I really liked the vehicle and in early February 2022 I reached out to one of Jerry’s Certified CarPro dealers through the CarPro website, Chris Thomas who is the GM at Genesis of Spring, TX. Chris promptly called me and we had a very detailed discussion on several vehicles, pricing, and availability. Chris was very open, honest and straight forward about all of the details of purchasing the Genesis I wanted, including details on the drive away price. As I had my mind set on two specific vehicles and was determined to get the exterior/interior colors I wanted, Chris informed me that with vehicles in short supply it would/could take several months to get the vehicle I wanted. When I informed Chris I wanted to proceed he had his CarPro Dealer Sales Lead, Paul Clos call me. We had a discussion on my wants and needs, we firmed up the price and potential delivery times. Later when Paul went on medical leave I was handed over to Randy Todd, Internet Sales Manager, who found my vehicle in late March, 2022 and we completed the sale early in April. The entire transaction was completed via phone, text and e-mail and I didn’t visit the dealership until the day I picked up the vehicle. The day the vehicle arrived, I came in, the sales process was very low key and professional, and I was in and out of the dealership in ninety minutes. I have been buying vehicles for almost fifty years, and this was the best car buying experience in my life. If you want a no-nonsense, no surprises, professional car buying experience I recommend Genesis of Spring. Chris Thomas, Paul Clos and Randy Todd were excellent to deal with and true professionals.

Thought the general manager would be reaching out to me, instead I had 4 salesmen reach out to me by phone and email. Not the VIP treatment I was expecting. Also was not expecting an automatic $5000 above MSRP.

Chris Thomas did not call me, but one of his associates did. I am looking for a new dealer as the former Genesis Dealers I worked with in Houston are all out of business. I had a good conversation with Paul C. and will be taking my two Genesis vehicles in for service. I have been very disappointed with all of the dealers I have worked with. Genesis of Conroe's service department was horrible. Genesis NW broke my drivers side window during tenting and put in a cheap not OEM window and then went out of business. The company that purchased the dealership refused to deal with me. West Houston Genesis said it could be 5-6 weeks if I wanted to use the Concierge. My G70 was rear-ended this summer and the repair shop is still waiting on parts.

I had a great VIP experience. I was contacted shortly after messaging the dealership. They were able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. The salespersons I worked with at the Hyundai dealership were very friendly and was able to make the deal and got out the door quickly with my new Genesis.
