We just started our new vehicle journey as an exploration trip y to learn about the Jeep gladiator since the Jeep website is extremely difficult to understand packages and options Patrick took the time to clearly explain and demonstrate to options much to our delight. Patrick also detailed purchase and lease options. We left a deposit, drove home to get my trade in, which was fairly priced with no hassle, and returned to pick up mammas née fire red rubicon Gibraltar. When mamma is happy, everyone is happy and Patrick made mamma ecstatic

Patrick was fantastic. He went out of his way to find the truck I wanted. I checked dealers as far away as San Antonio, the metroplex, Baton Rouge, as well as the entire Houston market. He went farther and found my truck in the panhandle about 500 miles away. The deal was fabulous and we worked with the finance dept. (James) and came up with a finance rate which was lower than I could find anywhere. I was also able to negotiate a rock bottom price on an extended warranty. Then when the negotiating was over, I told Patrick that I needed one more concession from the dealership. I won't mention what it was but he was able to accommodate me. In the past, I have gotten this from the last 7 dealerships whom I purchased a vehicle from although there was usually a bit of haggling involved. Patrick got it done without any problem whatsoever. Thank you, Patrick Wilson and CarPros! The system worked perfectly.

My Car Pro was Patrick Wilson. My experience was top notch. Aer speaking with Patrick on the phone, he had the exact truck I was looking for, ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. Patrick was a pleasure to work with, and had me out of there in no !me. I ordered running boards and had to return in a few days to have them installed. During this !me I got a $at !re. Hats o&, to Ryan Blanchard, with the service department too. When I returned for the running boards to be mounted, they were installed, the !re was )xed, and promised wheel locks were also installed, in a !mely manor. Great sales and great service experience.

Patrick was awesome. The dealership had $1996 in add-ons that was way overpriced. It took some time to get the GM to reduce this charge to an acceptable level. Evidently, it is Gillman's SOP to add these things onto every vehicle, whether the customer wants them or not. I eventually purchased the Ram 3500 Laramie and am happy with the deal I got.

Our decision to stop was very impromptu. We saw a listing on Ram 1500 that caught our attention while considering trucks. The one we purchased had unique features that were hard to find (6 passenger seating and 6' 4" bed) but what we wanted. As it was impromptu we couldn't complete the process in one visit due to work and family schedules. Patrick and the team were great and patient and we popped in at random in the evenings for 2 different test drives and had to move appointments due to forgotten activities. Being CarProUSA listeners demonstrated that we were more serious buyers and not just being difficult. <br><br>Thank you, Patrick, Frank, and the whole Gillman team.<br>

Patrick was a great guy and we enjoyed dealing with him. Only issue we had was the “new” 2023 info we received didn’t mention it had 2850 miles on it and it was a demo. There was a decent discount for being a demo. I wasn’t happy about making the long drive to buy a new car and it turned out to be a demo. It was still a very nice vehicle and we ended up buying it. Just not cool. Also there was absolutely no negotiation on it, they wouldn’t budge. I’m not sure why Jeep thinks they can charge such high prices with a high volume of unsold vehicles. Regardless of it all we’re happy with the vehicle.

This is the 4th or 5th car I have purchased from a Carpro dealer in the past few years. I recently bought a 2019 Porsche Cayenne for my with wife through Patrick Wilson. I don’t understand how Gilman doesn’t have him running the store? A fantastic young man who has a bright future in front of him. Smooth deal, pretty quick and very easy to work with. 5+ stars for Patrick.
