Made an appointment online. No need to test drive as we were trading a 2016 Outback Limited for a 2024 Outback Limited. Kelley was easy going, offered great advice. She was able to answer everything we asked. In the meantime, she was there to answer any other questions via text or email once we left the dealership. We liked her very much and that's half of the buying experience. The only rub was, the Manager would not agree to the Subaru Guaranteed Trade-In value which was about 3k MORE than what he offered to us. He apparently had not seen that before. Kelly not involved here. All he would do was quote 'tax savings', which I think would have been more if the Subaru trade value was given. We brought a copy of the Subaru contact from the (my) MySubaru website, presented it, and followed the rules of the contract. This guaranteed is from Subaru and is what convinced us to trade-in for a new Outback. Brought in a pristine trade. Not sure what the deal was. Not happy with him, but Kelley did an outstanding job. Was very disappointed with the Manager (Gillman Subaru Southwest, Houston), but hesitatingly purchased the car anyway that day. We will still buy the CarPro way for future vehicles.

Manny was great! My husband and I were warmly greeted and treated like royalty. Manny was very knowledgeable and had a very pleasant personality. I test drove the 2021 Subaru Outback Limited XT-the turbo. Wow! I was very impressed with the overall performance of this vehicle. So, I leased it. While we did the paperwork, the dealership readied my brand new (3 miles). The entire process took about 3 hours. All went so smoothly. Yes, I would recommend this dealership for its customer service, everyone in the dealership was so courteous and helpful.

Had Manny order a new car built as none available how we wanted. Holding off 5 star until I get the new car and finalize the purchase in June and will submit another review expecting to be 5 star. Easiest purchase experience ever. No negotiable needed price was fair and reasonable and he even told me to sell my trade elsewhere which we will. Recommend Manny greatly. A man of his word and took the order no money down!!

This was the second purchase I have made from a CarPro dealership. Manny Maraghi was absolutely outstanding - I would even say he is a Super Star! He gave me the best deal I have ever gotten on the purchase of a new vehicle and also gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. He was going to get an Outback Limited in the brown color I wanted from San Antonio, but when he gave me a blue one equipped like it to test drive, I decided to just keep it. His knowledge of the vehicle was very impressive and he really helped me with pointers on customizing some of the features. I would highly recommend Gillman Subaru as well as the Subaru Outback (the best driving experience ever).

This was our first Subaru, and not being part of the Subaru Cult (you know this is true) we had a lot of questions. Manny did a great job of explaining the car, features, warranty and any other ignorant questions we had. When it came to price, we were presented a very reasonable figure that seems fair to both parties. There were no surprises or add-ons and our transaction took less time than it took to make the round trip to the dealership. I highly recommend Gillman and Manny for a Subaru purchase.

I had sent an email that morning to see the cars they had available. I had received an email back shortly after opening. The email included what cars they had available and the sales person point of contact. Ms. Lahlali had called me that morning to see what time I could come in or bring a car to me. The car I wanted to see was being serviced but she got the car from the service department (about 10 minutes). We went out and drove the car. I drove great and they still had to do some service and clean the car. I told her that I would get it the following day so they have time to finish the service and clean the car. My car buying experience on March 23, 2020 with Mr. Manny Maraghi at Gillman Subaru Southwest in Houston, TX was outstanding in every regard. Amid the corona virus pandemic, Manny was very considerate in offering to bring the SUV for a test drive and the paperwork to my home if I wasn't comfortable visiting the dealership. As a senior citizen, I certainly appreciated the offer, but I was comfortable completing the transaction at the dealership. I reciprocated to make Manny feel more at ease by describing my personal circumstances in isolation for two weeks prior to our meeting to eliminate the possibility I could infect others. I was very forthright with Manny from the beginning to explain that the Subaru Forester STI Base Model satisfied my modest requirements with only a few options desired. I felt throughout the process that Manny listened carefully and always respected my wishes. I never felt pressured to accept unnecessary options or upgrade to more expensive Trim Levels (Premium, Sport, Limited, Touring). This made the entire process very pleasant and comfortable for me. Manny was respectful and friendly and maintained a calm and patient demeanor throughout. He was extremely helpful and efficient in describing the features of the Forester and even offered a possible workaround for the one feature I wanted but is missing from the STI Base Model (no built-in Wi-Fi hotspot for my laptop computer). I was grateful that Manny honored the price quote that had been given to me via the dealership Internet website by Irma Evangelista, a Subaru Certified Customer Care Specialist. There was never any hint of bait-and-switch tactics in this deal and that showed their great integrity and honesty in my opinion. Manny went above and beyond to obtain a $750 rebate for me that was offered by Subaru valid through the end of March. As a result, I believe I got a terrific deal based on verified, published data for other purchases of similarly equipped Subaru Forester STI models in our geographical area. As someone living on a fixed income, this was very important to me. After purchasing the SUV, I really appreciated Manny's kindness to personally deliver the SUV to my home later in the evening. The business manager that handled the paperwork and payment for my purchase, Mr. Tho Chau, was very conscientious describing the procedures that had been followed to ensure the cleanliness of the office and desk and he even offered some disposable, latex gloves for my use (I declined). The involved paperwork that is typical when purchasing a new vehicle was handled efficiently and my questions were answered completely. He thoroughly explained a windshield protection plan that was offered to help defray the substantial cost to recalibrate the Subaru EyeSight system in the event of damage to the windshield. His explanation of the benefits and cost were clear, but I never felt pressured to accept the offer. Overall, the sales service provided and professionalism exhibited by this CarProUSA Certified Dealership was very impressive. I can highly recommend all these individuals and this dealership to anyone considering buying a Subaru vehicle in the Houston, Texas region.

Kelly, the CarPro representative was very knowledgeable and I was very happy with my interactions with her, although I was a bit disappointed that the car wasn't ready to look at when I arrived since I had put the VIN number in my CarPro request. My problem was with financing - the guy came to us and asked what terms we were looking for and I told him the lowest rate, anywhere from 36-60 months. Then when we got back there he showed us a 72 month term. And then when he ran a comparison in order to persuade us to consider a service plan, he used the lower payments of the 72 month term as a comparison. That's the sort of BS that gives dealerships a bad name, and I almost got up and walked out. He did eventually get around to finding us a good rate for a 36 month term, so we bought the car. But it took way too long because of financing. And I was the first appointment of the morning - we walked in when the dealership opened.

My wife and I recently purchased our first Subaru from Gilman Subaru Southwest on Friday the 13th. I’ve bought a lot of cars and trucks in my life, but I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kelley was our salesperson. Meryem initially greeted us and began the process. They had the exact vehicle my wife was looking for and it was brought to the front door for us to take a test drive. The process was very smooth and efficient from the test drive to financing. Mannie came out and thoroughly explained the features on the car and we finished up in about 2 hours. This is the third car we purchased through a Car Pro Show affiliated dealer, and our first Subaru. The car is primarily for use by my wife, and vacations for both of us. While the other Car Pro dealerships provided good service, none was better than that provided by Manny Maraghi. We had tested some other brands and when we arrived at the dealership, did not know the exact Subaru model we preferred. After discussing our needs with us, Manny made 3 vehicles available for testing, the Crosstrek, Forrester, and Outback. We settled on the Outback. A limited version in Red was to arrive in a couple days, and Manny held the car for us until we could return the following week. At closing, he spent a great deal of time with us, going over all the safety and electronic features. I have been in the business of industrial sales and service for over 30 years. All in all, Manny is a true pro and a pleasure to deal with. 5 Star. Their team was also very efficient in securing the 0% down, 0% interest, 63 month financing, all done within a matter of minutes. BTW, when we were at the closing, Manny received a Car Pro award from your representative. So it sounds like he has more satisfied customers than us.

Manny was great, we reviewed 3 SUV the Ascent, Outback and Forester and I drove the Ascent, loved it. If I can pursued my better half I plan on buying in 3rd quarter and have a couple of questions. Can you recommend other SUV that are comparable, I am nearing retirement in a couple of years and want the ability to haul 4-6 people and/or a few dogs in the mix + long drive vacations. My short list of SUV's I would consider are the Chevy blazer & Traverse, Murano (maybe), highlander/Forerunner.

He had several vehicles ready for us to test drive and allowed us to take one home for an overnighter. When we returned the next day we ultimately chose an upgrade from the vehicle we took home and he had it prepared for drive out by the time we finished the paperwork. He then went over the fine features of the Subaru Forester Touring that we selected and we were on our way. The folks at Gillman Subaru Southwest could not have been more accommodating & helpful. Manny Maraghi responded quickly to my CarProUSA contact request, with exactly the 2020 Outback requested and at an almost unbelievably good price. We agreed to a deal in principle within a couple hours on Sat, satisfied all the details on Mon, for a Wed closing when I could come into the dealership (about 180 miles away). Their immaculate offices are well prepared to meet current health concerns. Manny went over all aspects of the vehicle with me personally. Thom in Finance was equally forthcoming and helpful, and cut a great deal on extended warranty. At no time did any aspect of the negotiation "change" from what was represented. Manny was super-helpful in showing us the features of the Subaru without any sales pressure. He quickly fund us and car outfitted exactly as we requested and gave us a very reasonable "Car Pro" show price. Manny was patient with us even though we know he was also dealing with multiple customers at the same time. the process of completing the paperwork, dealing with extended warranties and financing only took about 15 mins (after about a 5 minute wait to see the finance guy). Not sure if Cov-id or the end of the month madness but bank had difficulty understanding why non-resident was buying a new vehicle and had to go extra on verifying I was who I am. Manny along with Taha and Hazin in finance worked diligently for me to get the transaction completed. Now, I am the proud owner of a beautiful Subaru Ascent! Bought a Forester from Manny on March 31st, basically over the phone due to the virus shutdown. I didn't like the 'final' price from another dealer so went to CarPro, contacted dealership at about 1 pm with the car specs I wanted, Manny called me in less than 15 minutes and he came back with a great offer within 30 minutes, and we agreed on the deal!! He made the process was really smooth and the price was very acceptable. I could not be more complimentary of Manny and Tom in their Finance group. I have utilized Jerry's advice and the CarPro system before but this takes it to a new level! As Jerry says, I think the car buying process will be changed forever after this period.
