I contacted Honda of Lake Jackson because the lease on my Honda Civic was almost up & the dealership that I was leasing from began to contact me about turning in the car early. Since they are no longer a Car Pro dealer, I contacted Honda of Lake Jackson. Kimberly Williams was fantastic. She put together some options for me a few days in advance. I settled on a great deal that they offered on a 2024 Honda Accord. They had the car waiting for me when I arrived on Saturday morning. Kimberly showed me the car & answered all my questions. After agreeing upon the purchase they quickly processed the financing paperwork & got me out the door in a short amount of time. Honda of Lake Jackson made me feel like family, not a transaction. My only regret? I wasn't able to confirm if Mike is actually ugly.

Very nice to work with and very responsive. Like most other dealers, wouldn’t budge on un-needed “dealer”add-ons. Since they would not accommodate to my satisfaction, I found another dealership who was very easy to work with(It was about the customer, not the bottom line). That’s who I would recommend.

Mike Shaw and his team were great. I was very picky in what I wanted in my new Honda. I wanted a Pilot that was All Wheel Drive, White Exterior, Beige interior, and 7 passenger seating. Not an easy find especially in the South and in this manufacturing environment. Somehow Mike was able to work his magic and find my Unicorn (ie Rare vehicle) and gave me a fair price for it. No stress at all and made me feel like family. My salesperson Sarah Shaw kept me up to date on when my vehicle was going to be ready as it took a week to get all the extras in and installed. After an exhaustive search driving all the compact SUVs I decided the CR-V Touring trim level was the best. I searched through Honda of Lake Jackson's website and noticed they did not have a touring trim level but I contacted Mike Shaw anyway and told him what I was looking for. The phone number through CarPro website didn't work so I called him through the dealership main line as was put in contact with him immediately. I was looking for a lease and he quoted me a price over the phone. This was on a Saturday evening and he found one Touring trim level at another dealership and had it at his dealership Tuesday afternoon. All the preliminary paperwork was done via phone, text and email. I got to the dealership about 6:00 PM finished the paperwork and financing and was on my way home with a new CR-V Touring by 7:00 PM. First class dealership (home town feel), first class people. Anyone looking for a Honda should go to Honda of Lake Jackson. I highly recommend them (and this was not my first CarPro buying experience).

I did not show the priority pass but set the appointment up by a direct call. Everything was excellent except our car was not there and we did not receive a phone call before driving from Galveston to Lake Jackson. It was only an hour wait plus clean up time but a phone call would have changed our experience. Then the finance guy, Bren Chupp, went into overdrive trying to sell us extended warranties. When I told him I was not interested he said he was required by law to tell me and continued with his sales pitch. He was an old school salesman. If he had only said, "The standard Honda warranty is very good but I would like to show you other options," I would have been fine but I was really irritated by that time and did not show my best side.

Kimberly Williams was my sales person. I had called ahead and made an appointment, She was waiting for me when I got there. She had the car out front and was accessible to us. She had knowledge about the vehicle and demoed it very well. I was sold. Then to top it off, I was not able to get back to the dealership which was 80+ miles from me...so she arranged to have it delivered to me at my convenience. Thank you Kimberly.

Sarah Shaw was our point of contact and she was very helpful and patient and fun to work with. Finding a 2023 Ridgline RTL-E was tough, but Sarah and Mike Shaw tracked one down for us and had it transferred to the dealership for us to check out before we purchased. Sarah took us out for a test drive and described many of the features. Support was very good and they gave us a good deal on the truck, especially considering current market and supply chain conditions. Sarah also delivered the truck to us personally, even though we're over 40 miles from the dealership one-way.

I sent an inquiry via email about the availability of a 2022 Accord Touring trim. I received a prompt reply from Sarah Shaw and a follow-up the next day from Mike Shaw. The 2022 was not available. Honda dropped the 2.O 252 HP engine for 2023 so that was a deal breaker for me for a 2023 when they come out. That's on Honda and no fault of the Shaws.

Mike Shaw and his team, especially Schell and Jaime, at Honda of Lake Jackson were terrific. Everyone was very helpful, supportive and honest when negotiating my new car purchase. I got a great deal on a 2020 Accord sedan, a sharp-looking, super comfortable car with awesome safety features. The ACC keeps me out of trouble, and the Accord achieved 40 mpg using econ-mode on a recent trip to visit my parents in the RGV. My new car and the folks at Honda of Lake Jackson are wonderful.

I live several hours drive from Lake Jackson so mike and I texted and talk about the Pilot and my Ford lease. Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and he looked at all the options available to me. We ended up going in a different direction, but if we had stayed with Honda I would have purchased from Mike Shaw. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a Honda.

Very responsive via phone & text, that's great. We were set on an HR-V w/EX-L trim line. Limited inventory (2?), only a few scheduled for delivery in next few weeks. That's OK & expected in this market. Unlike the other CarPro dealership with worked with (Team Gillman Honda North), they did NOT try to push us into other trim lines and/or more expensive cars like a CR-V. Even better, Honda of Lake Jackson's quote was for a car with an inventory/VIN no., not the generic quote from the other dealer. The cherry on top was a quote almost $4k less. They even worked with our schedule and held the car for a day or two until we could get there. All in all Honda of Lake Jackson provided the CarPro VIP experience we hear about on your radio show.

I did not speak with Mike but did speak with Kimberly and Sarah. They were very professional and communicated well. The price shown on the CarPro Inventory for their vehicles is MSRP. It is not the selling price. Because of this,their price was higher than another dealership I was working with so I did not buy a car from them. However, I will contact them the next time I am in the market for a car because they were very informative, friendly and not pushy. Thank you!
