Car pro handed me off to a different rookie salesperson. -Tax applied to entire new car deal, no credit for trade -forced 1k LoJack, 1k reconditioning -hi pressure ext warranty sales, brought in “the closer” to pressure after many hours of waiting -sneakily added $525 leather protection package at doc signing, finance dude left room and came back with modified doc and asked me to sign something he forgot, he covered the text and only showed me the signature line-I questioned of course -said car had 2 key fobs, but haven’t delivered the 2nd one because previous owner hasn’t mailed it in, now will not provide 2nd key -still waiting for ext warranty refund (requested ~2 months ago) -horrible experience, borderline crooks (my opinion of course)

Michael was helpful and walked me through the purchasing process. I did buy the car but it had dealer added options I did not want. I would not go back to this dealer. I am 76 years old, this may be my last car. It took 4 hours to wade through the process and I was exhausted.

I was interested in an Acura ZDX (EV vehicle) after entering my information at carpro.com. I received a quick reply from a representative name dynasty who asked a couple of questions. I asked for a quote on a three year lease with minimal money down it took. It took well over 24 hours to get a response and then I had decided to get another vehicle. The lease figures quoted were terrible and this may be due to Honda not subsidizing these vehicles yet. My only disappointment with the process was the length of time it took to get a response. Also, after the 24 hour. Dynasty called me and was going to give me “Based on “figures that were scribbled on a napkin by her finance manager“ and I told her that would be unacceptable that I wanted a full quote with capitalized residual monthly payment and factor

Refreshingly games-free experience from sales and finance staff. Comfortable facilities with modern accouterments for waiting customers. The service staff were also cordial and efficient.
