The pricing that is shown on the CarPro website, seems to be incorrect. Dealer was asking for $4000 above the CarPro price for the 2024 Ford Edge Stock number 35732. We were told that CarPro pricing had double the rebate that was offered by Ford.

Brian Blair was the Car Pro & a dealer manager. He asked Kenny Pullin to assist me & Kenny was fantastic. He spent a lot of time finding me the exact bronco that I purchased. Brian Blair - the Car Pro, dealt with the sales price. When it was presented to me, I received the standard discount that everyone received. When I asked about the Car Pro price, he stated that because the Bronco had just been delivered & had not yet been placed in the internet sales site, he could not give me a reduced price. This is ridiculous. I have purchased 5 trucks from Tomball Ford (a Car Pro Dealer) over the years and always left feeling that I received a fair deal. I left Mac Haik Ford feeling that I had not received the Car Pro experience that I had received from Tomball Ford. I went to Mac Haik Ford because it was a new Car Pro dealer 15 minutes from my house. Tomball Ford is almost an hour from my house. I will not use Mac Haik Ford again and will tell my experience to my friends. Brian Blair does not seem to get the Car Pro system. He seemed like the typical car salesman and treated me no better than anyone walking in off the street. I love the Car Pro system and have used it for many years. Brian made what should have been a fun experience into an unsatisfied one. I stated my dissatisfaction to Kenny and he said that he would relay them to Brian, so Brian could call me. I have not heard a word from Brian. Extremely poor Car Pro performance.
