Zach Sckittone was extremely responsive reaching out to us within 30 minutes of me requesting contact information at North Freeway Hyundai. Even though we were only starting our car search process and really only planning on looking on that day he went the extra mile to see what vehicles fitting our criteria were available in the entire state and beyond. He talked with us and helped us firm up our requirements. Then he stayed after he was supposed to be going home to help us finalize the very fair deal and drive home in our new vehicle. Zachary Sckittone did a great job of showing us the vehicle as well as both reports issued on the vehicle. As we were completing the transaction, it started to rain. Zach said that if we would come back later in the week after it stops raining, he would re-wash the vehicle and fill it up with gas - which he did. He has been great to work with!

Immediately after purchasing the car, I got in it to drive home and there was something making a really loud noise in connection with the fan. Harold immediately helped get it resolved (turned out to be a few leaves stuck in a filter!).

Best and fastest experience have ever had purchasing new vehicle. I spoke with my Carpro the same day I asked to be contacted. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the dealership the next day to find the specific vehicle I was interested in waiting for a test drive. It was apparent that some serious thought went into making the purchasing process transparent, simple and quick!
