We did have an amazing experience all because of Gina Grieb. The QX80 has been my wife's "dream car" for a few years. We went Monday just to drive one since she hasn't had that opportunity up to then. I made an appointment with Gina for us to come in. From the moment we arrived at Sewell Gina was amazing. She let us drive two we had picked out. Again, we went just to look. We were also considering another brand of SUV but after driving the 2024 QX80 and spending time with Gina we were convinced that we didn't need to look any further. Gina walked us through the process with kindness, patience and always with a smile. A short time later Judith had her dream car and we couldn't be anymore happier. Thank you to Gina and Avery for making the purchase so easy!

Fantastic customer service! <br>Upon driving home after purchasing our Infiniti SUV, apparently we drove over a paint puddle (we did not see anything on the road), which resulted in thousands of tiny, white paint dots on the driver's side of the vehicle. We called Sewell immediately when we got home after noticing it. Sewell was very compassionate and requested we bring the vehicle back to them so their Body-shop could remove all the paint, free of charge. They also provided us a complimentary loaner vehicle. End-result was fantastic. We are extremely satisfied and very glad we selected Sewell as our dealership, and Brian, Jack and the entire Sewell family provided us with incredible customer service! I highly recommend Sewell, and consider them to be the premier auto dealership in the greater Houston area.

She was very good. The fiest thing I needed was a HUD. I have had several before and they worked well. The main reason for a HUD is turn by turn display. Infinity did not and could give me that. That made Infiniti's HUD almost useless. It's a safety item. Can you do anything to get them to fix this?
