Everything went smoothly. No pressure at all. Got the price I wanted and the financing I wanted (60 mos 2.9%). Miguel and Elvira were super nice and well informed about the Jeep. Finance person was low pressure too.

I found this dealer after dealing with a rude salesman at your other CarPro Houston location, Bayway last year (finally just hung up on him). Southfork provided me with a good price upfront without haggling (another dealer in Houston just gave me the list price). Did not purchase on my first visit due to my choice of budgeting. Called back by the dealership when they took in a truck that met my cost criteria perfectly. Vehicle was clean and waiting for my test drive. All staff members were very welcoming. Drove the truck home that afternoon. Time was scheduled for a few cosmetic issues. Very good experience. I was looking for a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a manual transmission. Because of the Covid shutdown the wranglers are in short supply and the exact model / color I'm looking for is not available at the moment. Ben called / texted / emailed a coupled times each day to keep me informed on his search results. He did not try to persuade me to purchase a different model just to make the sell. Even though this dealer is about 70 miles away i will make the trip down when ready to buy.

Wanted to give 5. Excellent communication early in the process. Surprised to see the "final price" didn't include $870 worth of add-ons. They eventually removed these. Flew from Dallas to Houston and great airport pickup. Process at dealership took 6.5 hours - ugh. Nice enough, just didn't seem to be a priority.

I took the advice Jerry expressed on his radio show that "NOW IS THE TIME" they are paying for truck trades and Southfork sure did. Alex greeted me at the door when I arrived. He made sure he answered any and all questions I had. He introduces me to Elvira. They had 3 mandatory add ons that they said they could not remove. I was firm so they lowered the price of the truck by the cost of the add ons. I think mandatory add ons are unnecessary and I don't like to be forced to buy anything I don't want. I was happy with that for sure. Before the deal was finished I asked that they replace the back tires and buff out some scratches. With no hesitation they agreed at no further cost. No pressure, no haggling. 2 thumbs up!! I tried to make a deal on a like truck at another car pro show dealership, Wiesner in Conroe Tx. They were very nice but 4000.00 more on a truck just like this one with more miles.

There were a few issues when working with the Finance Dept and while overall the experience was a good one, I was at the dealership from approximately 11 am to 5:45 pm to finalize the deal which was way too long to complete the truck purchase.

Out salesperson Monica was outstanding! We knew, going in, what we wanted and had it already narrowed to 2 models. We road tested the model and she sat down and gave us a great deal right off the bat. I have worked in the auto industry before and I knew what to expect and what to bring to the table. We did haggle on a better finance rate, as I already knew what my bank would give me, but they matched it. We did spend almost 3 hours waiting on the finance manager to get our paperwork going. We saw several other folks come and go that were there after us. It seems our paperwork may have been under other papers so it wasn't seen until I asked how much longer. Overall, a great experience.

Buying from a dealer is never easy esp since they load in profit items like fabric protection,paint sealant ,window etching and it usually isn't listed on the sticker.Then haggling in finance is always a game and trying to get a decent price and rate is a headache.Heather and Miguel worked hard to earn our business and I would say they did a great job and would refer them to friends and family.

I was prepared to purchase a new truck, trading in my '15 Silverado LTZ, before the first of the year. I emailed Southfork with a couple of questions and promptly received a phone call from the Sales Manager, Ben Saxton, I had plans that Monday, however agreed to drop in and run some numbers. After explaining that I had completed research on several manufacturer vehicles in which I was interested my assigned sales representative, Bobby Parker (who had excused himself from another potential buyer, so that he could provide me with 100% of his attention) brought me a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited which had all of the features, plus more, in which I was interested. One problem, it was black inside and out. We began to look at numbers and the value of my trade, when Bobby found the exact truck, however in a Metallic Steel with a primary tan interior, which had not yet been placed in inventory, which was, and is, gorgeous. As we were preparing for moving to finance I repeated my need to make my appointment. Ben, Bobby and the finance team provided me with the opportunity to take possession of the new vehicle and I returned on Tuesday morning and completed all of the paperwork. Having never dealt with Southfork before. I can truly state that I was impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and understanding which they all provided. I am looking forward to an extended relationship with the crew and their service department.
