Everything started great. I was contacted shortly after submitting my request at the CarPro website. Jeremie worked with me on several options and accepted the trade-in value quote from my local dealership. There were a few hiccups on the day of, but Jeremie took care of me. I've had follow-on issues regarding paperwork filing and he and finance have been unresponsive. My vehicle is now 1K miles past the service interval and I can't use the maint plan I purchased because it hasn't been filed.
