I had received a postcard from another dealer which looked to be a decent deal . I was going to return my lease car over the next few weeks. I tried calling and emailing the dealership that had the deal on the postcard but no one called me back . I had purchased previous cars from Bob Smith but the salesperson I had done business with was no longer there. I knew going through CarPro I would find someone great. Campbell Davis called me right away and I mentioned the deal on the post card. He gave me a much better deal on a 2024 and went to meet him the same day. I drove another car just to see which one I would like. Campbell was very patient. We worked the last of the deal after the test drive and am very happy with the car and overall experience. I really appreciate the way Bob Smith BMW does business. There are no games or false promises and they want to make sure they do whatever it takes to get your business. The third BMW I have purchased from them and would recommend the dealership and working with Campbell.

I did not go into the dealership. I emailed the dealership and said I was referred by Jerry Renyolds from Car Pros USA. Greg Huber, Portfolio Sales Manager contacted me via email with the build number of my BMW. I called him back from my phone and talked to him on the phone. He was very friendly and helpful. He went over the items I had chosen on my built BMW 430i coupe. He told me if I wanted to order this car it would take approx 6-8 weeks to take delivery. He quoted me a price of $57,145. for a sticker price of $61,120. not including tax and delivery. He's currently on vacation so I"m waiting for him to return to see if I'll order the car through them as in the build he had a charge of $4400. for the executive package and it's listed on line for $3500. So I have an email out to him as to why his figure for the Exact pang is higher then it is listed on BMW online. I will be checking out another BMW dealership to see if Bob Smith BMW was giving me a good deal.

Campbell Davis, the sales manager, was so easy to work with. We had to drive over 35 miles to get to this dealership and it was sure worth it. We set up an apppointment via email. He quickly replied back and we had an appointment. He confirmed the appointment the day before. When we arrived, they offered my wife and I a cool beverage and in no time, Campbell was there to answer our questions. I our email we already knew that the X5e was out of stock, but we were going to test drive the X5. My wife and I both took turns driving and loved the vehicle. Back at the store, with Campbell's expert help, we virtually built the car, discussed the options and made the decisions. We also discussed the maintenence and mechanical contracts. The car is ordered and it should be delivered in a couple of months. Campbell handled everything seamless. We learned that by the time we pick up the car, Campbell will be a newly married man. So congratulations to him and his bride. What a great experience in purchasing the new car from Bob Smith BMW.

Greg and Sean meet us at the door of the dealership and they had one X1 on the showroom which they took outside for me so I could test drive it. We got back and then we went to Gregs desk and was able to order a car online that was just going into production with the exterior and interior color that I wanted. The car should arrive sometime in late March or April. Both Greg and Sean answered all of my questions. Glad I used CarPro.

After many times visiting BMW agencies and not getting anybody to assist me it was a refreshing change to come to Bob Smith BMW and receive such a warm welcome from Sean. Greg Huber was amazing. He replied to me 2 minutes after sending him an email and identifying myself as having a CarPro USA VIP Priority pass. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me with my lease return. We are in the process of discussing what car I will be ordering next.

Greg was low key, knowledgeable, extremely informative. Its the first dealership that really let me "test drive" the car through windy roads and hilly terrain. Not just around the block. That was a huge plus. I could actually feel how the car would drive. And, he volunteered to drive my old car home 1 hr away when I said I'd have to come back and pick-up my 328d since I had driven out to the dealership by myself. Now that's great service. Thanks Greg!
