Jacinda Olivas contacted me before 9am following my interest request through CarPros the night before. I explained the troubles my wife experienced replacing her existing Mini Countryman at a local dealership. (Poor Customer Service. Finger pointing between dealer sales staff when an incorrect car was delivered after a month delay locating the selected model. Then the offer to “try this other model”. My wife walked out of that dealership very frustrated. The next day was a completely different experience. Jacinda conducted a thorough search of Countryman inventory and communicated with my wife directly on the phone and followed up our conversations with texts and emails along the way. She even suggested building a new car unique to my wife’s requests. Those open discussions and alternative options made my wife smile…happy that Bob Smith Mini of Calabasas was working on her behalf. Jacinda got me a big hug from my wife for turning around a terrible situation with a GREAT experience through a CarPros dealer. Thank you, Car Pros…and an even bigger thank you to Jacinda Olivas. Drew was fantastic! Called me right away and discussed all the options regarding leasing another new Mini for my daughter. Pricing fantastic given most Mini dealers selling 2022 Clubmans at or near MSRP. Some even over MSRP! Eventually we had to order and went with a different dealer due to their concierge service (car pick up and drop off for all service and warranty work). Given my daughter's work schedule she has always had issues with service scheduling. If not for the concierge service we would have gone with Drew. Definitely recommending it to all who may be interested in a Mini. CarPro system does work.
