All members of the team at Fritz Ford successfully helped us navigate an 18 month ordering process required to obtain our 2024 Maverick Hybrid Lariat. They were always friendly and professional when answering our many questions. They never pressured us to pruchase any of the Mavericks or other models on the lot. It was well worth driving from Orange County to Fritts Ford in Riverside to work with such a great team. Thanks to Jerry for pointing us in the right direstion.

I was treated very well, the process was simple, our representative (Frank Castellon) knew what he was doing and seemed to work hard to make me happy with the price, vehicle, and experience. I won't hesitate to go back. This is my 3rd Ford truck, but it's my first time with this dealership. Frank was aware that I was guided here by the carpro show and this was what I had hoped for with the price, trade in, and entire process. Thank you for the program!

Response came quickly. Very pleasant. Due to not having a vehicle or similar vehicle to test to see if we would be happy with it there was nothing else to be done at this time.

All the correspondence asks about meeting Nick Caposio. Mr Caposio was not involved in this visit, nor did I meet him. All communication was with Cory, via phone and text. Seemed like a nice person. Once I arrived, however, Cory was there, but not available. Whoever showed me the Mustang Mach E—to my knowledge—wasn’t in tune with CarPros, and never expressed how my price would be adjusted down, based on this “VIP” membership. So, I felt like it was a ploy to get me into the showroom, nothing more. Friendly staff, but probably won’t be returning for a Mach E. Also, the car’s features were not to my liking.

Nick did a great helping me with the purchase. He offered me other options to compare and made the final decision easy. We left with a brand new 2020 F250 6.2L with plenty of power to tow our trailer. I scoured Southern California for trucks and Fritts had the best selection. I paid a fair price. Thanks Jerry!! I love the show!

Actually, once they received confirmation that I was in contact with the dealership, communications with CarPro had stopped. I pulled up the original email but it was a questionaire to see if I had been contacted. I had trised to order a 2022 Maverick, was put on a waiting list, the order banks closed, then I was put on another waiting list, ordered a 2023, got several emails from Ford advising no parts, then I was advised to re-summit my order in July 2023. I received my 2024 on November 15, 2023. Several price increases later, but they did give me a $2500 rebate which brought the price below MSRV.

Highest pricing of over 5 dealers I spoke with. That’s fine, but shouldn’t advertise VIP and getting best pricing. Understand caveats and all, but still shouldn’t be highest of all of the dealers I spoke with. Also the initial price was beyond crazy high. I called it out and the person said they made a ‘mistake’. I highly doubt it. It’s just starting high and seeing the reaction. I was referred to CarPro by an elderly friend who listens to CarPro and truly believed I would get best pricing going through CarPro. I was skeptical. My bet is Fritts Ford pays you quite well in some manner to be able to use your name. They get a lot of referrals, but then they do what they want. I personally don’t care, but it’s really preying upon uninformed people who will not go to another dealer for a comparison because they believe the advertising that getting best prices. There is a lot of false advertising out there and this whole thing is no different.

There was no pressure. Didn't try to upsell me. The whole process took about two hours. Gave me a fair price for my trade in. All in all a good experience.

I want a Maverick, they don't have them and disinterested. Why should I reach out to other Ford dealers, am the customer!! Customer service is terrible, I thought being a caposio it would be like the rotolo experience we had before.

Although Nick's team was very responsive via email, I didn't buy a truck because Ford is not offering the '22 F-150 with the powerstroke engine.

Nick's team responded within an hour and answered all of my questions. I would have bought a truck from them, but Ford is not going to offer a diesel in the half ton pickups starting in 2022.

When I submitted the form through the CarPro website I was surprised that within 60 seconds I got a call from the dealership. The process was fine, I needed to order the truck as what I wanted, equipped the way I wanted didn't exist, as far a I could tell through any dealership locally. At the dealer my treatment was fine, but not any better than how my wife and I were treated buying an Avalon through our local Toyota dealer ( a Costco purchase). When I purchase again I will probably look locally (Fritts Ford was 90 miles, through LA traffic, away from me so it was not easy to get to. (The Los Angeles area is BIG, traffic is BAD) The price was very good and they looked to find any rebate on top of a good price. Since I am a teacher they found an additional $1000 from Ford for teachers. I'll take an additional one thousand any time. The whole process was through the Internet sales department and when the price was being figured it was list price. I had to say "wait a minute, that's not the price quoted to me through email". He looked up the contact information for me on his computer and found the price quoted to me and immediately said that of course they would honor it. I was a little disappointed that even though I had an appointment, they really didn't know about me or what I had been offered, even though I had ordered the truck. They didn't seem interested in the CarPro priority pass. I offered it but was told it wasn't necessary.
