Tammy was responsive and had her team work with me on what my options were. Although we didn't proceed with a purchase as it didn't make sense for me at this time, I will keep her team in mind when the time is right. They were informative, attentive and friendly. Let me begin with, “Thank you, so very, very much”. My daughter has listened to the “Car Pro” radio show for several years, and I decided that when the time came for me to buy the last car I’ll own— I am 86 years young, by the way— it would only be after my daughter decided on a car for me and from a Car Pro certified dealership. And, that is why as of a month ago I’m the proud owner of a 2023 Genesis G70 Sport Prestige Sedan, purchased from the unbelievable team of professionals at Genesis Santa Monica headed by Tammy Weaver! We test drove the G70 at our local Westlake Village Genesis dealership on a Saturday; as it turned out, the car we test drove was the EXACT vehicle my daughter had built on the Genesis website: exact exterior and interior colors, exact additional accessories. But the Westlake Village dealership isn’t Car Pro certified— I told the salesman we were going to the Santa Monica Car Pro certified Genesis dealership the next day, and if I decided to purchase, it would be from there. He was baffled, considering the car I intended to pay cash for was right in front of us, and Santa Monica didn’t have the car in stock. So, off we went the next day to Genesis Santa Monica, where we met with Jaime and Melvin, who greeted us like we were already friends. We took our VIP Certificate, and told them we’d test driven the exact car we wanted in Westlake Village. Jaime asked if we could give him a couple of days to see if his general manager, Tammy Weaver, could casually call the GM at Westlake Village and acquire the car (without giving away it away that it was for me!) as well as give him time to try to locate the G70 we wanted at any other Genesis dealership. As we’ve now come to realize, it’s no surprise Tammy Weaver was able to work her magic with the GM at Westlake Village: she is hands down the friendliest, most professional, kindest, and most amazing person I’ve met in a very, very long time. Just 4 days later, I finalized the paperwork, paid in full for my new Genesis, and feel as though I’ve found 3 very good friends in Tammy, Jaime, and Melvin at Genesis Santa Monica. There’ve been a couple of little details to tweak since my purchase, and Tammy and Jaime have gone waaayyyy above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of! As I mentioned, I’m 86 years young. This is the last car I’ll own. I know I’ll enjoy every minute I’m able to drive it, knowing I have the unparalleled professionals of Tammy and her team at Genesis Santa Monica there for me. I simply can’t thank everyone enough!

Hello Jerry and team I just got a beautiful GV70 from Genesis Santa Monica dealership. The experience was great. They had a wonderful team of people helping me out from the start. Tammy, the general manager, Miles and Hannah, salespeople took all the time to answer all the questions I and my wife had. Val, the used car manager appraised my trade-in and gave me a very competitive price comparing to Carvana, Carmax and the Blue Book. Special thanks to Jaime, the finance manager, who provided financial advice, negotiated price I was very comfortable with and treated me like royalty. After completing the purchase, Hannah gave me a complete tour of the car for almost an hour to make sure that the setup was complete, and I understand all the features my car has. Thank you, Genesis Santa Monica team, for fantastic experience!

I have not met Tammy Weaver but have been working with Melvin Hayes, Sales Manager. Melvin has been very helpful and is still trying to find me a Genesis G90 3.3 that appear to be in short supply. If he can find one in an acceptable color, I will buy it.
