They would not take my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited fully loaded good condition with 80K miles. They said it had a clicking nose. I've never heard it. They said they didn't know what the cause was I'm taking it to my mechanic today. I don't know if that was an excuse that they didn't want the Jeep or not. They told me to take it to CarMax to get an appraisal.

I did have a VIP pass but did not need to present it. Brad gave me a very sincere offer, John showed us the new Ram 1500 Laramie and finished the deal. It has been the best car buying experience I've had! No hassle on price negotiation at all! I will buy my next Jeep there too!

Bryon was fantastic. We spoke about the Gladiator on several visits and he knew the Truck and the different models very well. He never pressured me into a sale. Hyundai Ionic is my first choice, Pacifica hybrid is my 2nd. We're waiting for a used one to come in that I can afford. Every time we correspond he is professional and helpful. If I dont get a Hyundai I would definitely get the Pacifica with Brad's help.

Based on CarPro’s recommendation I contacted Glenn E. Davis for a Jeep Wrangler 4ex. Here is my impression. If Brad Davis and his team were like any other dealers, they wouldn’t stand out. In my case, not only did they stand out but stood high like a statue of liberty. From the onset, Brad and his team were very responsive, straight shooters and unbelievably honest!! We test drove a Jeep at this dealership, didn’t buy it yet. However, if we buy one it would be from none other than Glenn E. Thomas. I don’t write good or bad reviews promptly but this one compelled me to do so. Check it out yourself and you’ll know what I’m saying!!!!

Although I didn’t buy a car from them, John called me first thing in the morning to discuss my request. The used car I inquired about had been sold the night before. He was helpful, in that he tried to look for a similar car for me. He also asked if I was interested in a different make of vehicle. He also discussed at length with me the different options for pulling a tow vehicle. I enjoyed speaking with him and the time he took to help me. I would totally recommend him to family or friends.

Compared to previous buying experiences, this was quite enjoyable. I had corresponded with Brad several times prior to my setting foot at the dealership. I was met by a Brad and Mike Davis. The truck that I was shown was exactly as described previous to my visit. I had been very specific as to the accessories and additions I desired on the vehicle. All of these preconditions were met. Mike was very knowledgeable of RAM trucks and patient with my questions. When departing the dealership I was provided with a full tank of fuel - a nice unexpected bonus.<br>I will certainly go back to Glenn E. Thomas first when looking for another vehicle

Wow! 3rd vehicle obtained thru CarPro and again EXCELLENT experience. John Davis and his righthand man Hugo made this as smooth and quick as possible. I first contacted John in June with my request and we worked out details, which included a trade in on my 2016 Challenger Hellcat (I've upgraded to a 2020 wide body Hellcat on this deal). Knowing I had about a 3 month wait, I had already made a more than fair price on the trade and took the car so John and his Dealership could get it on the lot ( it sold in less than a week). I got the call and on 9/11 and picked up my new ride. The delivery process was professional and I received the red carpet treatment as a CarPro customer.
