Ray Egans is a true professional, very pleasant and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He spent time helping us to sink our phones to the car. He even gave us a dashboard cover at no charge! He also has a good sense of humor!! A#1 service!!!

Ray contacted me within 10 minutes of my email asking if he had time to meet me in 2hours. 4:30 pm. Despite my asking to meet so quickly he agreed and was fully prepared and available when I arrived. As an almost 70 year old single female I appreciated the time he took to explain all of the many features of the car and ensured I understood how to use them. Once I decided to buy the car the dealership agreed to accept my trade in at the price CarPro offered me- quite a bit more than their original offer! By this time it was 6:00 pm yet the financial advisor took the time to explain clearly each document and the reasoning for it. He also clearly explain additional items I could add and what the benefit would be (or not!) for my unique situation. I appreciated the knowledge, patience, and kindness from all I felt with at Honda World and have already recommended the benefits of using CarPro and their dealers (as well as the tools on the CarPro site) to my friends and relatives.

Ray did get back to me in a timely manner the first time, but during a follow-up call discussing the actual figures, with back and forth input on both sides he said he had a phone call could he call me back, that didn't happen. So we purchased a new Honda Pilot at Hardin Honda Anaheim, CA. Great service.

Fix is the second Honda suv we have purchased from Ray Egan this year. The first was for my wife who loved working with Ray. This time our daughter who has our five month old grand daughter 14 year old civic finally died and needed a new reliable SUV and picked the 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. Just like last time Ray did everything to get her exactly what she needed at a fair price. My daughter couldn’t stop talking about how much Ray helped her. He made us feel very comfortable, he was knowledgeable and when we were ready to buy he didn't play games and say he needed to talk to sales manager or such. Ray was great! I was trying to decide if I should keep my leased HR-V or buy a new model, and he was most tolerant of my millions of questions! In the end, I purchased the car I've been leasing, and I'm very happy with my decision. I've had dealings with Honda World Westminster in the past - it's where I traded in a Fit to lease my HR-V three years ago. I'm happy to say that everybody I've had contact with has been friendly and helpful - and that was before I knew they were part of CarProUSA!
