The price of the vehicle was 18,000 over msrp price. Then they wanted to charge me a 7.25 interest rate for 75 months with a 30,000 down. So I would have been paying over 80,000 for a Kia Sorrento. Highway robbery. Totally unfair.

Although we haven't purchased a vehicle yet due to very tight supply Will at Kia of Carson has been very good to work with. There has not been any of the typical "Car Dealer Double-speak" that one has to wade through when buying a vehicle. He just tells it like it is - which I appreciate. When the car we want is available we will buy it from Will.

After texting with Will many times, I decided to drive the fifty miles and visit the dealership. I went on a Saturday 11/6. Will had told me that he would be off that day. He arranged to have a salesman Daniel take care of me. They did add $2,000 to the invoice. In spite of that I still got a great deal. They were adding $5,000 for anyone off the street. The whole deal was very easy and painless.

Very friendly and helpful during the test drive. I tested a Stinger and K5. They promptly inspected my car for trade-in and quoted me a lease payment based on various down payment amounts. I left with the information in hand and promised to get back with them after I've had a opportunity to consider. Later that day I emailed the sales rep, Andy, to rerun the numbers excluding my trade-in so that I could understand its impact on the payment and allow for consideration of an alternative to trading it in. I didn't receive a response until a day later with a promise that he'd try to get me something later that day. Unfortunately I never heard back. It should be noted that the test drive was 2 days before Christmas, and I have no doubt that they had enough prospects to keep them busy. Ultimately I leased the K5 EX from another dealer that was closer to my residence. It wasn't a bad experience, but due to the lack of follow-up, I can't rate higher than 'neutral'.

They charged 5,000 for "Marketing Adjustments. Then also added wheel locks, cloth protection, lojack and other that you had to purchase with car. None of this was reflected on internet pricing. And 7-8 thousand more than other dealers. We sold our car that morning thinking this would be a great experience. They hit us with all this last seconds. Only this dealer had the tan cloth seats, so we were stuck. So disappointing

I was interested in purchasing the 2022 Sorento. The dealership did have one that we were interested in. Bottom line was I was not interested in paying the $3500 markup. I understand that right now vehicles are in short supply and dealers are marking up there vehicles. I have heard Jerry mention on the show that there are dealerships who are working with in the Car Pro network that are not charging the markup to Car Pro listeners. I am not sure if the $3500 was less than there normal mark up or not. I am going t o contact a Car Pro Dealership out of state to see if I can get better results. I have purchased 3 cars over the past 4 years and I believe this is still the best way to go. Thank you for your time!

My daughter really liked the 2023 Kia Sportage Ex Hybrid and of course there has been limited availability and the markup was in the $5000 range over MSRP. I do not like the "haggle" dance and decided to try the CarPro Vip process. WOW...loved it. My offer from Will Amiri at Kia of Carson was fair and upfront. Hart took care of us and we were charged the price Will offered in the email (No surprise gotcha price change) and Bill in finance was fast and friendly with no pressure to add any packages such as extended warranties. They were offered and when I declined, Bill said "Ok, no problem" and we finished up. Can't tell you how wonderful the whole process was. I will forever be a CarPro Vip!!

Will treated us great and was upfront with a very good deal. It beat what other dealers were offering by a long shot. I told my mom who is thinking about a new car to make sure she is a CarPro vip.

Wife and I were in the market for a 2022 Kia K5. After talking to our regular dealer and a few other local ones, they all wanted $4000 or more over MSRP to begin. I then went to CarProUSA, got my VIP pass, and emailed Will at Kia of Carson. Told him what I wanted. He got back to me. Told me he had it and I price I was willing to pay. Went in two nights later. Took it for a test drive with the wife, and then bought it. Will do all of my future Kia purchases through Will and Kia of Carson. Recommend to all of my friends and family as well.

Tell the boss Will Armani that my trade-in vehicle was bought from the Huntington Beach Kia.dealer and most likely would have bought the Stinger there also had I not heard Will on the Jerry Rynold's Show. Will was very nice and forthcoming on car availability. The problem is that he wants any where from $1k to $5k over MSRP for the car. A lot of dealers are doing this. I think in large part from you (Jerry Reynolds) broadcasting on air that the Telluride is worth $5k more than MSRP, that even at $5k over, it's a great deal. The dealers are all listening to you, which is bad for the consumer!! Thankfully, I found an honest dealer who is happy with MSRP!!
