Naz reached out to me within a few minutes. She said she would check her inventory and what was coming in and get back to me. Again, she followed through and did just that. I asked a few questions and again within a short time she got back to me with my answers! Currently do not have trim pkg I want but said she will touch base with me the 1st of March.

My wife and I leased an ES 350 on December 31st. When we first visited the dealership two days earlier, the trade-in offer was less than what we owed on our Camry. They suggested giving CarMax a try, and on Monday CarMax was able to offer about $500 more than the payoff (whew!) We went back to Santa Monica and were able to make the deal. The bottom line was a bit higher than we had been budgeting for, but they gave us a great price and made the experience simple and pleasant. Thanks to Matt Unger, Roxie Colatrella (our saleperson) and Omar Salgado the sales manager for such friendly and supportive assistance. Thank you Jerry for providing such an enormously helpful service. Never before have I felt so well-informed and empowered when buying a car. All thanks to you and your network. Looking forward to my next auto purchase!

Maria gave me a test drive in a certified used RX 350 and a new ES 350 for a comparison between the SUV and the regular sedan. She did a great job and I am still trying to decide which one because there is better value in the certified used RX 350 with unlimited mileage warranty and discounted price over a new one, but the new ES 350 was just upgraded with new technology whereas the new RX 350 is the same as last year's model in terms of technology and body style. Maria seemed to favor the new ES 350, but showed me the better value in a certified used RX 350. Also the freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were delicious and the dealership was very nicely laid out with unique furnishings like a chess table and chairs. Maria was not pushy but informative and helpful.

My two local Orange County Lexus dealerships both wanted $5,000.00 over list during the chip shortage. I contacted Lexus of Santa Monica, one of your preferred Dealerships, they said as a CarPro Referral they would not charge me an additional fee. I immediately sent them a copy of my manufacturer order form I had completed on Lexus’s website. I heard back within a few minutes from Nas, the New Sales Manager. She didn’t know me from Adam or if I was just “kicking tires” so to speak. She went right to work and notified me about 5 weeks later that my car was being built. Once she had a Vin number. She asked us to come into the Dealership and sign some paperwork and submit a minimal deposit. She gave us an ETA for delivery and our Lexus arrived about 6-8 weeks later! So easy, no pressure! They were fantastic! I got just what I ordered! Love my car and the buying experience was the best I’ve ever had! Thank You Guys!

They did a great job of communicating and getting back to me with information quickly. But they were not as willing to sell at MSRP for the hybrid i was considering. Another dealership had an RX 450h come up and was willing to sell to me at MSRP, so we took advantage of that deal. Good People

I emailed from your website but didn't get to meet the Car Pros contact (the GM) to present the certificate. I was referred to the used car GM, but it wasn't made clear if he knew the Car Pro USA ideology and if he was the appointed person to speak to. I didn't like the car so we left the dealership quickly since it wasn't quite the experience I had expected. I've gotten 3 sales calls from a salesman, but (as expected) no follow up from either GMs. A call or email from either would have had an impact on my experience, especially since I declined to buy at this time. It would have also influenced my future decision of where to buy. I look forward to trying the process again with a different dealership.

Elliot responded very quickly to my e-mail on May 26th. I had put in the e-mail the color for exterior and interior and and options. We wanted to lease the car and I gave him the monthly payment I was looking for. We also had a trade in and he match the price that we had been given by another dealer. He was able to meet the monthly lease payment. He did not have the car in stock but was was able to track down the car at another dealership and on May 28th in the evening we picked up the car. Elliot had to leave but left us in good hands with Alex. Both were very helpful. The dealership inside looks like a hotel and not a showroom for cars.

From my first telephone call they were friendly. They gave me 3 choices of vehicles based on my requirements. I was looking for a 2023 RX350.I was working with Golnaz "Naz" Mojtahed who was very knowledgeable. When the car I first selected was not available, she asked if I would be interested in a 2024 for the same price as the 2023. Of course I said yes. They walked me through all the features on the when I arrived. There was no haggling about anything. It was pain less. I would recommend CarPro and the dealership to anyone. I was helping my next door neighbor find a white 2022 Lexus RX350. In fairness to this dealer, it is late in the year and trying to find a 2022 model is a challenge. I have a deposit on the new 2020 RX450H Sports Package. I am assuming all will go smoothly. The car should be here Feb 3-10th. I had already shopped around, so I negotiated the deal over the phone. Thank you for the referral. This is my first car in 22 YEARS. I have been driving a 1998 BMW 740I which now has 254,600 miles on it!!, I am the Original and only owner.<br>

We drove up from Carlsbad California 120 miles to Lexus Santa Monica Calif. We negotiated for an auto. we were treated excellently particularly I think because we were referred by Jerry and CarProUSA. Ended up with great service and a great car.
