Our experience working with Mitch Stayberg at Newport Lexus actually went beyond what we had hoped and expected. We just communicated by email and informed him what model and color we were looking for. He was very responsive and had two 2024 NX models in our desired color in stock. When we went to test drive the cars they were clean and parked next to each other, ready to go. After the test drive we decided on one of them, and a few hours later drove off the lot in our new NX! Oh yeah, we also got a nice CarPro discount under MSRP! The only glitch we had was our fault! We incorrectly filled out our deposit check. But Mitch came to the rescue by coming by our house the next day and personally picking up a replacement check. He has also followed up with us after we had driven the car a little while to answer any questions we had, etc. We had previously stopped by another non-CarPro dealer and we were very disappointed because we were just not treated professionally. But our experience with Mitch and Newport Lexus couldn't have been better! Thank you CarPro. We love our new Lexus!

My Carpro was Chris Clark at Newport Lexus. Chris was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles. I purchased a 3yr old Lexus Certified SUV lease return that had only 16,800 miles and it was in showroom condition. I spent a total of 2 hrs in this dealership that included complete tour of the spotless service dept and got the full Lexus special treatment including the big red bow! Before I drove off, Chris spent 30 minutes with me going over all the gadgets and safety features. Chris was a true professional and made me feel very excited about my purchase.

Great service from Vance at Newport Lexus. Vance works for David Garcia. He was friendly and patient, did a great job of crafting the deal with me, including the trade-in of my 2021 Lexus ES 350. Met with David Garcia. He introduced me to Adam Akil. Adam will be the one I work with for my new 2022 NX 350h Luxury. Adam informed me that that the NX cannot be ordered at this time. Looks like around late December or Early January. When I can, I will be ordering the exact vehicle I want. Adam was very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to working with on my NX.

MY DEALER was NEWPORT LEXUS. I had been looking for a Certified Lexus RX350 F Sport for a while. and located one at a Car Pro dealer in CA. I registered with Dealer thru Car Pro and within hours I was contacted by Chris Clark. He Provided my with more detailed information including transportation costs from CA to Texas. We agreed on a price and later that day I was contacted By Newport Lexus's, Summer Curry, and we worked out the required paperwork that was handled by email and Fed EX. I first went to another local dealer that had an older & less expensive model, but then I saw that Newport Lexus had a newer model for not much more money. I called, and Ted (who works with David) confirmed its availability, and physically walked out to the lot to confirm the vehicle had the specific feature I was seeking, and sent us pictures to prove it. We were there onsite shortly after, purchased the car, and were out of there in about 90 minutes. I had an older 2012 BMW to trade in, which wasn't worth much, but they matched the CarMax offer I had already received. BEST EXPERIENCE ever buying a car. We love CarPro!

Although David Garcia was listed on your website as the person to meet, we were contacted by Chris Clark. We had about two to three days of email conversations that amounted to, maybe, 15 minutes of my time. The trade value, the car itself and the financing options were thoroughly covered. We agreed on the details and set an appointment to meet. We were barely in the door when Chris approached and took us directly to the car. I had explained to Chris prior that it would be an anniversary gift for my wife. Of course, it was presented to her with the big red bow (from the Christmas commercials). It was (an LC 500) bright red and my wife was in awe. Anyway, 15 minutes with Chris, 25 minutes with finance signing docs, We were out the door with my wife driving home. i cannot tell how thrilled my wife is with the car (I can tell how thrilled I was later on), But, I will also tell you I have been purchasing cars for more than fifty years and have typically spent 2,3, or 4 hours doing the process. David Garcia is no longer at the Newport Beach Lexus Dealership. I was expecting to see him there but the staff there at the dealership was more than helpful. The Salesman, Anthony Troxler went out of his way to make us comfortable with the car buying process. Anthony answered all of our questions and let us test drive two suv's and we also looked at a used suv. The paper work took longer than I would have liked, but it was all worth it in the end. Also Anthony allowed us to store our old 1999 Nissan SUV on the Newport Beach Lexus lot until we could pick it up seven days later.
