I have been a CarPro listener for years and have taken advantage of the VIP buying process before. I decided to go with Rotolo Chevrolet since I knew they had been with the CarPro show for a long time and knew that they would have the best inventory. After completing the CarPro online process to contact Rotolo, I was contacted by Mario Garcia and let him know what I was looking for (at this point a Silverado RST), the things I had to have, and the things that would be nice. Mario sent me a couple of possibilities over email and invited me to the dealership to check them out. We made the hour-long trip out to Rotolo and Mario met us with trucks up front for us to look at, including a Colorado Z71 for comparison. After going through all of the trucks, we took the Colorado for a test drive and were happy with the way it looked, drove, and felt overall. I originally was looking for a Silverado but ended up with the Colorado. Mario went out of his way to scour for discounts and rebates (never seen one for a teacher), squeezed a bit extra out for my trade-in, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. It was very much worth the extra time to visit Rotolo than to go to one of my many local Chevy dealers.

As soon as I called Rotolo, I received a call back from Car Pro team member Ruben Sandoval. My preference for a certain model/trim/color was very hard to find without a factory order or multi week wait. I had a great offer to sale my existing car so I didn't have the luxury of waiting. Ruben continued to f/u with me regularly. I ended up purchasing a car from another Chevrolet dealer who had a cancelation thus I purchased it even though the color wasn't my first or second choice. If I were to buy another car, Ruben and Rotolo be my first call.

After I sent Rotolo Chevrolet an email I was contacted in less than 5 minutes. Sal from Rotolo Chevrolet called me to ask if I had any questions. Danielle was very professional. We did most of the transactions first thru email then phone then website then phone again. I purchased the car Sunday evening before Danielle went home (20 minutes before she was about to leave) and ended up staying till pass 8:00. The whole transactions was a breeze and she was very honest. She looked for all the discount that I can be applied to my purchase. GOOD Morning Jerry! Well, without your help, I would not be in the wonderful position I am in. Over the past 3-5 weeks you have help steer me through the maze of used trucks via my emails to you and the advise you provided last Saturday on the show regarding the clearing out of the 2019's to make room for the 20's clinched it. I called Rotolo Chevy in Fontana and spoke with Danielle York. I told her what I'd found in a used truck in a lot down the street from their dealer. She was truly kind enough to look and review it. She explained to me what Rotolo could do for me as a Carpro listener. HOLY COW!!! I'm picking up a new 2019 2500HD diesel equipped as I requested for 8 grand more instead of an out of warranty 3 year old Pick up which was a good deal as you and I discussed. I'm getting A brand new shiny truck!!! I also asked her if I was obligated to buy it as she has done all this work, including a dealer swap, sight unseen. She said her job was to get me 99% there. The last 1% is between my wife and myself. My fondest and kindest regards to both of you. We will be listening to the show on the way to the dealer <br>

On Halloween, I was checking Rotolo Chevrolet's website and they were showing a 2023 Blazer RS that was in transit. I called and spoke with Internet Specialist, Ruben Sandoval. He indicated it had just arrived so I asked if my wife and I could come out with my CarPro certificate that afternoon at 4 pm to see the car. (We don't have a trick or treaters in our neighborhood). Ruben met us when we arrived and showed us the car (it hadn't even been washed yet) and we took it for a test drive. The Blazer RS was exactly what we were looking for, even the color! We completed the paperwork and in a little over 2 hours drove out with a "treat" in the newly washed and clean Blazer RS!! Ruben was great to work with and made the process very easy. My wife and I are very pleased and are enjoying the new Blazer!

WOW.... working with Mr. Sal Mercado felt more like working with a friend rather than dealing with a car sales person. After bad experience with two other dealerships we signed up with CarProUSA VIP and Sal called us back within minutes, from there forward we received from Sal honesty, respect, professionalism, amazing work ethics, and integrity. Sal Mercado did a great job at finding my son a truck . He went out of his way to make sure we are getting what we want . The truck is in Canada but a time permits it will make its way down to Rotolo Chevrolet where we can pick it up . Hopefully within a month or less. Thanks again Sal !

Sal at Rotolo Chevrolet was very helpful. I requested someone from Rotolo to contact me and later the same day Sal called, even though it was his day off. I told him of my experience earlier in the week with dealers in my area (Rotolo is about 70 miles from where I live). It seems that nearly all of the dealership in Los Angeles County (and likely other counties) are charging $5,000 more per vehicle because of the shortage. Rotolo Chevrolet does not do that. They had the car that I wanted (actually, my wife wanted) and we negotiated the deal over the phone. Sal was willing to drive the ~70 miles to deliver it and sign paperwork at my house. Instead, I drove to Rotolo in Fontana, Ca., the next day. Sal was so easy to work with. Rotolo installed upgraded 20" black wheels and a blackout when the car was received. I was not fond of the wheels but the car is for my wife and she liked the add ons. We discovered that Sal had misquoted the cost of the extended service contract I asked for. It was $70 more and the contract had already been written. Sal owned up to the mistake and offered me a free extra oil change to make up for it. I asked for merchandise instead. I chose about $120 in merchandise and offered to pay the difference. Sal would not let me. In the end, with the add ons, I still paid about $1,500 less than I would have if I bought the same car with different add ons that were worth less.

Due to the Corona Pandemic and the fact that it was a very rainy 2 weeks, Danielle and I negotiated over the phone and by e-mail. When I was satisfied with the deal being offered which was on 4/5/20, I was unable to get a ride to the dealership (otherwise I would have had to leave a vehicle there ) which is about 75 miles from my house. Danielle came in onMonday, her day off, I test drove the truck in the rain, liked it and the deal was closed 30 minutes later. Very pleased, no BS

My experience was nonexistent because they never contacted me after I sent in my contact request. This goes for Rotolo Chevrolet. When I notified CarPro of this, they said they'd sent messages to both dealers and still I was ghosted...completely unacceptable and unprofessional "performance" from the dealers. I finally went to Penske Chevrolet in Cerritos, CA, and purchased my new vehicle there.

I asked if they could order a specific truck with the options I requested and he email me and said he would check and get back with me on Tuesday 5/9/23 never herd back from him.!!! I did get 5 consecutive text messages from someone else on 5/7/23 Sunday Morning asking if this truck will work for me. Which It was NOT. Tuesday 5/ 9/23 came and went still no reply so on 5/10/23 I went to MK Smith Chevrolet and Order the 2023 Silverado 1500 with options I was looking for. Tirso Arciga Sales Manager UNPROFESSIONAL

I will try to be keep this brief. I was sent to Rotolo Chevrolet around May 2021. Sal Mercado was assisting me on trying to purchase a new vehicle. Covid hit Conductor Chips were scarce and new cars were nowhere to be found unless you were willing to pay $ 10,000 mark up fee. Sal mentioned to me be patient and he will get my dream car at MSRP. Today is July 15 2022 and Sal Mercado not just Sold me a New Tahoe RST but he went out of his way to deliver this vehicle to my Residence. 1 Year and counting Sal Mercado is not just a Salesman but a True Asset to Rotolo Chevrolet!!

It took almost a month to find the truck. With nothing coming out of the factories, there was no trucks at the dealership and they had nothing to trade to find what I wanted. I waited 22 years to get a new truck and a few weeks were not a big deal. I had noticed a few trucks about 4 weeks and then last Friday they had a truck that fit my needs and a color that was even better than what I wanted. Emailed Danielle on Friday night, talked to her Saturday, and Sunday drove the 90 miles with wife and dog to get purchase the truck. Wife and dog had to agree with my choices.... Two hours drove off... Thank you, Rotolo Chevrolet, and Danielle York.

Michael Jr. took over for Danielle York, who initially did a good job. After discussing my request, Michael said he would check inventory and call me back, but he never did. I called him several hours later, and he apologized and said he had a customer walk in (okay, no big deal). We determined he was not able to provide me with the vehicle I wanted new so he asked if I had considered used. I asked him what he had and he said he would check and call me back in a couple hours, but he never did. The next day he called and said he might be able to do the deal on the new model but he had to wait until Monday when his general mgr. came in to make sure he could provide me with the numbers I was looking for. He never called back.<br><br>I have since gone to Guaranty Chevrolet, worked with Daniel Zaragoza, and in less than a day I now own the car I wanted. I understand selling cars is a business and prices can't always be what we want, but Guaranty Chevrolet kept in contact, worked the numbers to what I could deal with and got the sale. Rotolo came across like they were going to get the business regardless of my deal or not. Ralph Waldo Emerson once said " what you are doing speaks so loudly, that I can't hear a word you are saying". In other words, actions speak louder than words. Rotolo"s actions were not what I expected after listening to your radio program for as long as I have. I will not recommend Rotolo to anyone.

Was contacted via email prior to going out there (75 miles away) and negotiated on vehicle. Couldn't get to the price I had budgeted for but no fault of theirs. Junior was quick and to the point like I had asked, with no run around. Very professional and respectful of my time.

Danielle is very good at her job. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and has a sense of urgency that I have not experienced in too many other places. She understands that the purchase of a vehicle is a large decision in the lives of most people and she lives up to the Car Pro promise. I would not buy a Chevy anywhere else.
